I was unsure of the process of buying car and what all - hokey

I was unsure of the process of buying car and what all that would entail, but my sales rep. David Pitts did such a great job of guiding me. I was surprised on how easy and painless it went. Really happy with new car and next time I need a car I am definitely coming back to David and Honey Car.

The buying process has declined over the past. - jamesalancalvert

The buying process has declined over the past. I was selling a car and buying a car. CarMax's offer for my 2021 Jeep Gladiator was $17,000 and Carvana offered me $19,000. I chose Carvana. CarMax's offered interest rate was 8.99% and my credit score was over 800. My credit union financed your vehicle for 4.99% for the same loan term. The Carvana delivery was flawless and they picked up my vehicle from the house. The CarMax salesmen were efficient. Aiden processed the paperwork with detailed explanations and was very respectful to my wife and me. He was amazing and when I found out that this was only his second month on the job, I commented to the Site Manager that he was amazing and far the best representative I have dealt with in my numerous purchases with CarMax. It just seems like CarMax has lost a step or two in their execution of business.

It was such a nice experience when we went there to look - myrclark

It was such a nice experience when we went there to look at vehicles we went back to make a purchase. Every associate and manager we met was very helpful and knowledgeable. No haggling and pressure is a big plus. They went out of their way to make it an easy, pleasant experience and that we were satisfied. We had a car shipped in which was an easy process and any issues we had with the vehicle are being taken care of with ease. Their customer service is great! I will say and this is a CarMax issue not really the dealer if you complete your information online and go over it again for several minutes over the phone the process at the dealer really should be quicker otherwise why do all the pre but just a suggestion. Overall we are happy and love our new vehicle!!! We would definitely shop and buy there again!

Motor Mile Subaru completely changed my opinion of - sita.lepczyk

Motor Mile Subaru completely changed my opinion of dealership service centers! The trunk on my Subaru wasn’t opening fully, and another auto shop quoted me over $3,000 to fix it, saying it was a trunk motor issue. I’ve avoided dealership service centers my entire life, but I decided to get a second opinion—and I’m so glad I did. Everyone treated me kindly, and I settled into their comfortable lounge expecting a two- to three-hour wait. Less than 30 minutes later, Tom came back and told me my car was ready. The trunk was working, and my total charge was $0! They didn’t even charge me to look at it. I asked a couple of times because I could hardly believe I had gone from a quote of over $3,000 to paying nothing. Tom simply said they were happy they could help and would love to see me again. Thank you, Tom and the Motor Mile Subaru team, for your kindness and honesty. You’ve earned a loyal customer—I won’t be going anywhere else!

Had trans fluid and filter changed. - Skyking76t

Had trans fluid and filter changed. Chysler 300 with 5.7 does not have a trans dipstick because amount of fluid is a function trans temp. Ordered a dipstick tool to measure the trans fluid including temp graph. Trans was severely overfilled. Took back to floyd Chrysler dealer. Service manger is a joke. Young girl who has an attitude problem. Tech told me he added 5 qts fluid but obviously he did not check the fluid level using temp graph. Tried to tell me 35mm was correct when chart said should be 71mm. My trans shows 105 mm. Neither the tech nor the service manager knew anything about the graph. Not good for a chrysler dealership. This graph comes from the service manual. A severely overfilled trans can cause permanent trans damage. Not a professional dealership. Question whether all techs are factory trained. All they had to do was humor me and reduce fluid levels to match the chart and i was happy. But no, they want to argue. Not good customer service. I had a problem at a Chevy dealership and service manager and i sat down and had a conversation and came to a resolution that we both accepted. The Service Manager does not have the skills to be in that position. I would recommend staying away for any repairs. I will buy the pump and remove the excess fluid myself before it damages my trans, if it hasn’t already.

I recently had my 2003 M3 towed to the dealership 2 days - Rob.alpha

I recently had my 2003 M3 towed to the dealership 2 days before my scheduled appointment. The counter staff were very nice and helpful. They took my car in a day early and had it diagnosed within hours of being there. The mechanic, Rusty, walked me through the Non drivability problem I was having. I noticed how well kept the mechanics service department was, their well-kept uniforms and all-around attention to detail. John, the operations director guided me through the entire process and kept me updated throughout. My part came in quicker than expected and had it finished the same day. I am very impressed with how this was handled and will definitely use them in the future. I'd also like to give a very grateful thanks to John and Rusty for an outstanding job!

This establishment has great spotless cars with low miles - Chris Leggett

This establishment has great spotless cars with low miles for a great value. Excellent communication and they stand behind the vehicles they sell. Their integrity is spot on and I will continue to do business with these fine folks. I love supporting ethical small businesses that treat their customers like gold.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by - Pavel Dolin

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Magic City CDJR Bedford. My RAM 5500 with only 32,000 miles was in your service department for nearly two months for a rear differential replacement under warranty. After this very long wait, the truck was returned to me as “repaired” and safe to drive. However, within 40 minutes of leaving the dealership, I heard a loud humming noise coming from the rear differential and immediately returned to your service department. Your staff listened to the noise and assured me that everything was normal and that it was only tire noise. I was sent back on the road in a commercial truck that was later confirmed to be unsafe. After arriving in Chicago, I had no choice but to visit an independent shop. During inspection and fluid drain, they found a significant amount of metal shavings and metal particles inside the differential oil. This clearly indicates that the issue was not properly repaired when the differential was replaced by your dealership. Essentially, I was released with a potentially unsafe vehicle and told that everything was fine. This put my safety at risk and also put my business at risk, as this is a commercial truck and my primary source of income. I lost a tremendous amount of time, money, and work because of the service department’s negligence and lack of proper diagnosis. Instead of resolving the warranty issue properly, I was sent back on the road with an unresolved mechanical problem. This level of service from an official RAM dealership is completely unacceptable.
