Service advisor talked with me regarding the situation and set up a repair plan for the service after inspection. Cannot thank Tina and the Service Manager for helping me with this situation. Picked up my Ram 3500 after $2400 in service. Got to my home which is an hour drive and a $18 toll and checked under the hood and my transmission dip stick is missing. Called an hour ago and haven't gotten a call back.

Simply put this is THE best dealership and mechanics in Virginia. I only go there for purchasing vehicles and getting work done. Five stars and if there were more stars I’d give them. Will is the best. He fully explains everything first, shows you the things you don’t understand, and through him my understanding g of the issues made perfect sense. He goes above and beyond and his customer service is not seen enough these days. Will is the reason I fully trust my purchases and work done here. Hands down the most knowledgeable and professional person I have met.
