I am paying over 30K for a car I bought at this dealership, unfortunately although the sales department was excellent, I have tried taking my 5 month old hornet there twice now. The first time I couldn't get an appointment for over a week, so I had to take it to a dealership in North Carolina. They managed to fix the issue. The second time I had an issue I once again contacted Hall, I had to wait a week for an appointment. Today was that appointment, and I am very disappointed, they knew what the issue was before the appointment because I had to answer an online questionnaire prior to the appointment describing the issue. When I arrived at my appointment, I showed the service representative what the problem was they asked me to sit in the lounge, and they would start on it. I waited for at least an hour while they "worked on my car", only to have the service representative come and tell me "due to a slow internet" they were having a problem diagnosing the car I asked about a loner vehicle but they said there were none available, but they acknowledged that there was a problem and suggested I take the vehicle to the dodge dealership in Elizabeth City, who by the way is booked out until April. I will now have to wait at another dealership, who doesn't have a loner program. I used to be a hardcore dodge fan but this experience with the car (2024 Dodge Hornet) and the dodge dealerships have left me thinking of a Toyota or Subaru for my next vehicle, but I will not be buying any vehicle through Hall anymore!
