In 2 weeks following my purchase had a recall on the 2026 Ford Maverick. Do Not Drive Recall in the Service Department Zack Ordoff was awesome. Customer service was great. adjusted review. I was refunded the charge for wheel damage on a rental car. Was reached out to by Joesph Britt and he apologized for my experience. That means alot. Thank you No never buy a car from here. bought a 2023 expedition with only 20k miles and had to bring it back because the Gold certified. truck had 4 major leaks and needed a new transfer case. The service department is terrible Jesse wont call you you have to call him. and The rental car department will Scam you they will say you damaged a car and it all because they did not do a walk around when they rented you the car like every other rental car company does. They said well " you should have done one yourself" BUT they wont give you the keys or show to the car until you sign it.

We purchased a car from the dealership and once with the finance person, everyone else left for the day, we signed the paperwork and left with the car. The was on a Saturday. We drove an hour home and noticed we were charged a "200.00 addition" to the vehicle price for a Classic Theft Protection Plan ,that was never explained by anyone at the dealership. On Monday I spoke to Trey about this and was told it comes with all the vehicles and was not optional. My problem was the signature was done on a signature pad so we never saw the actual form. Since this on all your vehicles and is not an option to the buyer it should be explained before you are signing the loan papers. After speaking with the manager and with it being posted on their website, we were able to resolve the issue. Great sales lady and I love my new car.

Great people-easy to work with-they bent over backwards to hook me up with an f250 (. 2008) that they sold new in 08-53k orig. miles, guy traded it in on a new one- they held it til I could get up there to pick it up, had all the paperwork ready, I was in an out in 45 minutes, about 2k under blue book with carfax like a new one!. It was a 1/12 drive to get there an it was everything they said it was which is sometimes hard to find at a dealer-you can trust these guys wether yer gettin new or used they took the time to talk on the phone an if they tell you something you can take it to the bank- no B.S. great place, next new ride I get is gonna be from these guys!

I took my 2003 Ranger in for check engine light and engine miss. After a week I pick up my truck and as soon as I leave the lot the check engine light comes back on. When I take it back they said first thing they ask for is an additional $285. Dollar diagnostic fee which was included in the original $940. Dollars I paid them. They then proceed to tell me it was a different issue from the first time, same problem, check engine light and engine miss They are CROOKS

My experience was great, given the situation. Ford (the corporation) had a few issues with their new Bronco. It needed moderate servicing, per Technical Service bulletins, to replace faulty parts. Luckily, I got one of the best service reps at the place and he took care of us. We were covered under factory warranty, the parts were replaced, and vehicle is like new again. Late last year, I did try the Ford up the mountain (you know which), and was ghosted, so I am thankful that Malloy came through with this one.
