I drove over 120 miles (one way) to purchase a car I - NSilverguy

I drove over 120 miles (one way) to purchase a car I found on the Auto Fanatics website, and was not at all disappointed. Great experience all around. Not being able to get down there for a few days, they stayed in contact via text, getting back to me immediately whenever I had a question. While they couldn't hold the vehicle for multiple days, I reached out the night before to let them know I'd be down the following afternoon, and they were able to hold the car for the entire next day, making sure no one else could buy it. Cary was super personable and greeted me by name the moment I walked through the door. John was very helpful breaking down each individual cost and walking me through their process, and AJ was great with walking me through financing options and giving me time to make a decision without feeling any pressure. I really appreciated their no haggle policy; knowing what the price would be before I even got there, completely eliminating the stress of having to negotiate. Everyone was very honest, even stopping me from looking at a car I really liked because they'd suspected it had issues. Highly recommended if you find they the car you're looking for.

Loved working with Alys- she made the whole process - Mcouchoud

Loved working with Alys- she made the whole process stress-free, she was straightforward about the price and didn't pressure me into buying or adding on anything I didn't feel was necessary. I felt the price was fair for the vehicle, and Alys was responsive and kind when I had more questions after bringing the car home.

Purchased a Tesla from Patrick. - Paul Tesla Model Y

Purchased a Tesla from Patrick. He did a great job of communicating through the entire process. We are 5 hours away and it took some coordinating to get the deal done. He was able to get us 7.5% financing and we are very happy with the car!

I highly recomend this dealership! - Charlene Johnson

I highly recomend this dealership! Just the day before at another dealership I was turned down for financing and had a horrible experience. Almost losing hope I decided to give it one more try and went to guarantee auto maxx. I found the exact year make and model of the car I wanted with over half the mileage less and like new condition. I was approved! Anyone with less than perfect credit give them a try. So happy I did! And do yourself a favor and ask for Eli. He was beyond awesome! Very accomodating without being pushy. He made the transaction extremely pleasurable.

Joe was very helpful, and obviously wanted me to be well - 0069animal

Joe was very helpful, and obviously wanted me to be well informed about the used SUV I was inquiring about. He shared both the many good features and the few negatives about the vehicle. He answered every question I had to my satisfaction and I was so impressed by his honest approach, I chose to purchase the vehicle. This was not an easy decision, as they were about 1,000 miles away from my location. I bought a one-way plane ticket and booked a rental car to get me to the dealership, and when I arrived everything was exactly as he had described, he even had it detailed for my arrival! All the necessary paperwork and temporary tags were prepared and ready for me to purchase the vehicle and be completely legal driving it literally across the country back home!

Some clowns at Bayside Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of King - Rosco

Some clowns at Bayside Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of King George. On 14 Sep 26 I went to Bayside CDJR and started looking for used cars for my daughter. Something cheap and fairly reliable. I noticed a decent car I was interested in, went on a test drive with Matthew Gladmon (Great guy, liked him a lot as far as car dealers go). Talked with the finance manager to see what we could do with on a price, they knocked a little bit off. I said I’ll think it over. Went home looked over the provided CarFax, did a little research. I saw what common issues were and what the manufacturer service schedule is. I called a dealership in Manassas and got a quote with what it would be to get the vehicle caught up on maintenance, since Bayside would not do the service there. It wasn’t a brand they sold, no big deal I understand. On 18 Sep 26 I stopped in with money in hand hoping to make a deal. Total price for vehicle service was $1700 quoted from dealership in Manassas. I was hoping for a bit of a lower price (I even told them I wasn’t looking to get the price of, something we both could be happy with) due to price of 100K service, which if the service is done on time (already at 109K miles) it greatly increases the chance of not having to deal with higher priced repairs. 1. I was called a liar (indirectly) but they didn’t want to call Manassas to confirm price. 2. All I was told was how competitively priced the vehicle was within a 200-mile radius. Alot more goes into my consideration then year, price and milage...you know, like sticking to the scheduled maintenance. 3. I was told they couldn’t possibly go any lower because they were already losing 1,400. That seems like they made a bad deal.... Now I have come to find out that the vehicle is 500 lower than the lowest price they would go for me. They got 2 stars, one for Matthew and one for the finance guy I talked to on the 14th. I talked to a different guy on the 18th and he was absolute clown. I guess I should have kissed up more to him for giving me the chance to buy a car from him. I really would like to name drop but I can’t remember his name. If anyone gets anything out of this review its "please do your due diligence when buying used cars" it can hopefully save you big headaches down the road. Oh, and no one has contacted me saying they lowered the price on the car either.

I took my 2003 Ranger in for check engine light and engine miss. After a week I pick up my truck and as soon as I leave the lot the check engine light comes back on. When I take it back they said first thing they ask for is an additional $285. Dollar diagnostic fee which was included in the original $940. Dollars I paid them. They then proceed to tell me it was a different issue from the first time, same problem, check engine light and engine miss They are CROOKS

Best used car experience. - Dk216

Hands down best experience ever purchasing a vehicle. Awesome customer service best pricing and once again best customer service. We were unable to test drive the vehicle on the highway but still loved it. Took it on a trip and had a slight vibration from the rear. We called Mike no questions asked he told us to bring it in. He had the tires rotated balanced and emmisions done free of charge and gave my wife a loaner car for the day. She picked it up and the problem was still there but was not as bad. Mike took the car back and out all new tires on it. Who does that? Car Expo. Highly recommend them to anyone and will definetly go there first if I am in the market for another vehicle.
