The dealer was very accommodating by allowing me to test drive multiple vehicles. Purchased a Tesla Model 3 on 12/6/2025. Was told that they will call me the next business day in order to tell me the date the car will be shipped. I called numerous times only for the sale Was told that they will call me the next business day in order to tell me the date the car will be shipped. I called numerous times only for the sales team to tell me that the car cannot be shipped because it needs new tires. Was told that they will call me on Wednesday. They did not call me Wednesday after I had tried numerous times to contact the sales person who sold me the car. The energy shifted tremendously from them wanting me to buy the car and now me actually wanting my car that I rightfully purchased. Ridiculous. Today is Thursday and I have asked to speak with the manager all morning and they keep saying he will call me back. This will be the third car I have purchased out of state and highly recommended that you do not purchase a vehicle here. Very unprofessional and very stressful. More
