Made a reasonable offer based on visible bumper damage, alignment issues during the test drive, and comparable vehicles priced the same online. I’ve bought multiple cars before and know how negotiations work. Instead of negotiating, manager Jesse Triplett laughed in our faces. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. The salesperson was fine, but Jesse Triplett single-handedly lost this sale and any future business. Plenty of dealerships out there — spend your money at one that respects customers.

I had the worst experience dealing with the sales manager in the service department they had heard a noise and told me it was the actuator and after they fixed it the noise was still there I brought it back to see if they could fix it and they could not and they told me that it needed to sit in the shop for 2 days so after a day and a half I said is the car ready and they said they did not even start looking at it I had to rent a car for 2 days and I had a warranty company that would have paid but they refuse to do it every single time I come in there it's like I am pulling teeth to get anything accomplished I'm a very reasonable person and I always respect them but today was the most unbelievable day they tried to ruin my warranty because they did not know what they were doing and said that it had something to do with my resonators off of my vehicle. I called the person that they recommended me to take it to not knowing that I am friends with the muffler shop and he told me that it had nothing to do with it that they were just trying to just get me out of there because they were incompetent mechanics or at least the one that was working on my vehicle and the sales manager was a complete jerk. I will never take my vehicle there again I would rather drive to another state. Just giving everybody the heads up. I have had friends that been there and told me neither bring my vehicle there but I figured it was close to my house and I tried nothing but bad things happen there I have a warranty and they always try to charge me shop fees when I went and talked to the dealer they told me that there should be no shop fees.

I bought a used vehicle here,within months it started consuming lots of oil, I took it to the dealer where they only performed oil changes, never once they took me serious, My car engine died 2 years later, please dont buy any vehicles here. I tried to get it fixed under warranty but they said there was nothing wrong with the engine. This dealer sells bad vehicles, do not buy here, they won't honor the warranty
