I've been a longtime Heritage customer and have purchased - Wayne W

I've been a longtime Heritage customer and have purchased over 20 vehicles from their dealerships over the years. I'd especially like to recognize Mike Kydd at Heritage Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Parkville for his excellent customer service. Mike has always been helpful, responsive, and willing to take the time to discuss vehicles, trade-ins, and purchasing options. I appreciate his straightforward approach and the fact that he's willing to work with customers without making them feel pressured. Good customer service is what keeps people coming back, and Mike is a great example of that. Thanks again, Mike! Your efforts are appreciated!

The folks at Lenstoler RAM have been great to work with. Right from day 1 they have ensured that my RAM TRX 6x6 Warlord truck got the best care possible and had their top mechanic assigned to help with any needs. Love working with them and I take my truck no place else. Look forward to a long association.

What an amazing experience at this dealership. - pilar.a.fitzgerald

What an amazing experience at this dealership. Rheeana Miles was amazing. She was a real pleasure to work with. Positive upbeat personality that made for a great experience. She kept us informed every step of the process. Bonnie in finance was also amazing to work with. Both individuals were very knowledgeable in their fields. Thru the whole buying process the entire team at this dealership was excellent. I will definitely be back to this dealership when I purchase my next vehicle.

So far so good I spoke to a guy James after dealing with - Sbailey751

So far so good I spoke to a guy James after dealing with a shady sleazy dealer earlier in the day that made me drive two hours out of my way and didn’t even have the cars at the site when I contacted this dealership James answered. I told him what happened earlier in the day and that I didn’t have the patience to put up with that xx again he made it super simple allowed me to do. The whole transaction through text messaging sent me prices and told me breakdowns of different scenarios. I’m in the process of getting a ram 1500 bighorn. I still haven’t talked to the finance team but dealing with James was a breath of fresh air after my aggravating day yesterday.

I had an amazing experience from start to finish at - Agrandelljr

I had an amazing experience from start to finish at Preston Dodge. Kahlil Anthony, the Sales Director, was incredibly helpful with my 2022 Ram trade-in and offered me the best value—higher than any other dealership. Jason Cuglietto, the finance manager, made the purchasing process smooth and straightforward. There was no pressure at all in the office, and he secured the best interest rate for me. His attention to detail and expertise in the field are outstanding. Lastly, my salesperson, Elton, was incredibly friendly and helped me find my dream vehicle. I highly endorse and recommend that everyone purchase their vehicles from Preston Dodge.

I was having trouble with comfort in my vehicle and I had - cwagman2014

I was having trouble with comfort in my vehicle and I had only had it a couple months. I called And Chad Todd the GM was super helpful and got me traded out of it into a new vehicle and lowered my payment $100 a month. I will always call Chad for my vehicle needs and refer my friends. They even delivered it to me at work and I didn’t have to sit in a dealership to do paperwork

Good, except the next time I went to start my car, the - rwlewis

Good, except the next time I went to start my car, the battery was dead. I feel like a low battery should have shown up in the vehicle inspection . Not happy to be left stranded with a dead battery, even though it was at home.

Our Jeep is a 1. - Kelsgp

Our Jeep is a 1.5 years old and is fully under bumper to bumper warranty. Our windshield wipers won't turn off. They don't have appointments for 3 weeks out to service our jeep. They won't give a lender vehicle. Don't ever purchase a vehicle here as they will not help. Oh and they charge you $250 fee for a diagnostic for a fully under warranty vehicle.

Excellent customer service. - angelapierce25

Excellent customer service. Drove a couple hours from VA to MD because of online inquiries and texting conversations. Came in and my vehicle was exactly the Otd price I was told. I buy new cars every 2-3 for almost 30 years now. This dealership was fantastic!

Wow! - nsdickerson

Wow! Thats all I can say about this dealership. Spent the early morning speaking with salesman, Josh. Nothing but respect for this man. Definitely stuck in the middle of poor management. Drove over an hour because we were told that the money we needed for the trade-in could be met and did not see it to be a problem. Unfortunately, there is false advertising on the website so do not buy into the 125% of Kelley Blue Book scam. Immediately walked into the dealership and employees were sitting there on their phone scrolling because the dealership was absolutely dead on Memorial Day weekend. That goes to show what kind of dealership it actually is. Test drove two vehicle vehicles, a Duran Duran, Durango and Jeep Cherokee L. Josh came over with the numbers and the numbers were completely wrong from what the Internet had listed. Again scam. Assistant manager, Fred came over and was very demeaning and disrespectful and acting as if we were not a valued customer. Decided after the numbers were given that we would walk away as the numbers given were not the numbers promised after we drove an hour. Then spoke to Slate on the way out who gave me the contact information for President Shawn Frick. Attempted to contact Shawn to no avail and no answer. Attempted to call the other number listed on the Google reviews, and we were unable to leave a message and of course again, no answer. The dealership needs a little bit better representation than having dumb and dumber at the front desk negotiating numbers. Also, the dealership shouldn’t judge a book by its cover. Yes we were in gym clothes, but please know we were able to afford that vehicle. Also, you should attempt to negotiate with your customers. If you’re telling them they needed a certain amount down why don’t you attempt to see how much they could put down and see if there’s anything that could be done with the numbers to make up the difference. No, instead your dealership is dead on Memorial Day weekend and a sale must not be that important to you based on the way your salesman were sitting around scrolling on their phones. Avoid this dealership. Definitely been in contact with Heritage since we left and much better experience already!

I bought a used vehicle here,within months it started - irvin.folgar

I bought a used vehicle here, within months it started consuming lots of oil, I took it to the dealer where they only performed oil changes, never once they took me serious, My car engine died 2 years later, please dont buy any vehicles here. I tried to get it fixed under warranty but they said there was nothing wrong with the engine. This dealer sells bad vehicles, do not buy here, they won't honor the warranty

Really laid back dealership. - Didi

Really laid back dealership. They don’t hassle or haggle you. They are there for you if you want the vehicle. We were left undecided and they had no input on our decision…no pressure. Fast transaction and we were on our way. Will buy a car from they again.

My wife and I worked with Paul to order a new truck - Dan

My wife and I worked with Paul to order a new truck recently. The various trim levels and option packages can be complicated and Paul did a great job coming up with a configuration that had all the features we wanted. For the past year we've also been going to this dealership for service and are happy with it. They're always friendly and they've taken good care of our vehicles. I especially like the fact that they offer an express oil change service that doesn't require an appointment.

Very quick, very easy to work with. - p.milamhill

Very quick, very easy to work with. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

Came in ready to buy and make a deal, with cash in hand. - Yours Truly

Came in ready to buy and make a deal, with cash in hand. Made a reasonable offer based on visible bumper damage, alignment issues during the test drive, and comparable vehicles priced the same online. I’ve bought multiple cars before and know how negotiations work. Instead of negotiating, manager Jesse Triplett laughed in our faces. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. The salesperson was fine, but Jesse Triplett single-handedly lost this sale and any future business. Plenty of dealerships out there — spend your money at one that respects customers.

Great experience all around. - josh

Great experience all around. Bought my new Pacifica just before the new year hassle free. Alex, sales, was my rep. Alex is a knowledgeable, no-nonsense, straight shooter, and he was my respectful of my time. Greatly appreciated the professional treatment from the entire staff, including Terrell and the general manager.
