I had a disappointing experience working with the sales manager, Colin. I was comparing two identical vehicles—same year, same trim—with about a 15,000 mile difference and only about a $4,000 price gap.
When I questioned that, the pricing was justified using a per-mile calculation, which doesn’t reflect how these vehicles are actually valued in the market. Mileage is a factor, but it’s not a straight-line formula like that.
What stood out even more was the inconsistency in communication. I was initially told there was no flexibility or discounts available, but later told a small discount was the “final” offer. That contradiction made the process feel unclear and not very transparent.
I’m glad I clarified all of this over the phone before making the trip, because based on that interaction, it didn’t seem like there was a genuine willingness to work toward a deal.
