After calling the sales department and speaking with Yousef, we made a 2 1/2 hour drive from out of state to Virginia to test drive it. We were not disappointed. Yousef was very helpful in showing the car and test driving it and the whole purchasing process was very professional and easy as well. Even with being from out of state they were able to assist in helping us get the appropriate tags and registration needed for the state we live in. We had an appointment for an emissions test and tire rotation. Arrived before our appointment time, was told it would take 1-1/2 to 2 hours to complete. Three hours went by and we did not hearing anything from them, We called to check on status and were told it would take an additional 15 minutes. We then drive to dealership only to find out that after THREE HOURS, nothing was done on our vehicle. Its one thing to be delayed, but to be lied to is another. We left the service area with nothing done on our car. We wasted our entire monring, missed another appointment we had scheduled elsewhere. We will never go back there again. We purchased two cars from them in the past - so much for customer satisfaction. ZERO STARS.

Stripped my lugs, blamed me and other shop that did not exist, charged triple amount on labor, made me find my own vehicle somewhere in their parking lot after service instead of bringing it to me, shuttle service left me stranded for over an hour, performed unauthorized "safety" inspection and did not give me findings in person but mailed it to me later
