I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience with Fred Beans Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Doylestown was so irresponsible and disappointing that I feel obligated to warn other buyers.
This dealership sold me a vehicle that they claimed was **certified**, yet it was obvious afterward that the car was **not properly inspected**. A certified vehicle is supposed to go through a full, documented inspection, but they could not provide proof and the condition of the vehicle clearly did not match what they advertised. Selling a car as “certified” without actually inspecting it is unacceptable and misleading.
What makes the situation worse is their complete lack of support afterward. When warranty issues came up, they **failed to help**, avoided responsibility, and showed no interest in standing behind the vehicle they sold. Once they make the sale, they stop caring. Calls, emails, and voicemails go unanswered. Their only priority seems to be selling cars and getting customers out the door.
This is not how a dealership should operate, especially one representing major automotive brands.
