Luckily I already had a service appt scheduled for Saturday morning and Will (service specialist rep) at the desk was very accommodating quickly looking into a quote with the potential of adding on glass repair service. Nucar Mazda's team diligently took action and completed all services in no time and went above and beyond what was necessary to clean majority of the glass and bring my vehicle back to operable condition. Few weeks ago I gave Hessert Chevrolet of Cherry Hill good review, because people there were very nice and helpful. But looks like it was just temporary. I am a PA resident, so when I asked Tina ( sales manager) which location is better to visit for me? She told me, I could go to a Cherry Hill, NJ , because it is the same company. Then I asked the salee person Rowland whether I can get my state inspection there? He told me they could give me the discount and I could get it easyer in Philadelphia, instead I could go to Philly location and get it free, like I did it before. Rowland called me 3 times and start giving me some excuses, like he can't make it work from New Jersey, and Tina didn't even answer my message, but in the beginning she was texting and calling me almost every day to get me in the showroom. I would never go Hessert Chevrolet of Cherry Hill again, because they can't keep their promises to thrle customers and only want to get you into the show room, so you buy the car, and then refuse to assist you. It's not about money, it's about service and promises. 0 Stars....

I was interested in an Equinox EV, AWD with panoramic sunroof. I had tried other dealers, but it was the same xx of markups and no transparency. I went to Barlow, test drove a car, and worked with them over the phone to locate a vehicle that met my desires. Dave and Tracey were great. They worked to get me all possible incentives and discounts, there were no add on packages. When the day came to finalize pricing and close the deal, they were great. I would lease or buy from them again.

The service at this dealership is bad. I came in for inspection and oil change, which went fine. But, I also wanted check engine light codes checked into. A 3 year old car with 17,000 miles on it should not have acceleration issues resulting in a check engine light warning. This was totally brushed off. Also, this model has a known issue with a shift to park warning. This was also ignored. These are known issues with this model, and this dealership clearly couldn't be bothered.

I've been having a recurring starting/staying started issue with my Saturn and Thomas is the "GM Certified" service center nearest to me so I brought it in. They were up-front about the diagnostic cost and called me before they took each further step to figure out what my issue was. I got out of there for what I believe is pretty reasonable price being this is a dealer. Jim was good to talk to over the phone, and the receptionist when I picked up my car was very friendly (I'm sorry I don't remember her name). One of the better experiences I've had at a dealer. If anything else goes wrong with my car I will be bringing it back to them. I'm not giving any 'great' ratings because I've had less than awesome experiences with dealerships in the past - even when Saturn was supposed to be the 'friendly, no-hassle' dealer. But they were better than some of the others I've talked to. I'll go back and I'd recommend them to others too - at least on the service side.
