We made a service appointment for today and even ordered parts for a 915am service appointment we dropped the truck off at 7am. We stopped in at 5pm to pick up the truck and was told "sorry we didn't get to it today" I said what its been here for 8 hours and they said "yeah sorry didn't get to it' and so we left nobody tried to stop us or apologize and I'm shocked and feel like I'm being punked or something. This is how we operate now, after explaining how important not having this work truck out of service was we just didn't get to it today. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere trust me. More

Now it’s it needs to be repaired, rewelded, repainted and cannot be given a timeline on when we will get it back. We just want our money back and are even willing to eat the $6k in upgrades we invested after purchase. We have been told refund is not possible bc it’s been 5k miles 🤦‍♂️ and has been “in service”. Don’t buy commercial trucks here if you’re a contractor looking for dependability and support for your fleet. Buyer beware. More

I went into Patriot to sell my mother's SUV because she can not drive anymore. I was approached by Tim who directed me to Brian. The offer I received was very very fair. Patriot was the only place to print can not drive anymore. I was approached by Tim who directed me to Brian. The offer I received was very very fair. None of these people gave me an offer in writing, just their business card. The offers were not even close to the offer from Patriot; in my opinion they were not really interested in actually buying the SUV. I felt they wanted to low ball me. When I walked into every business and said I am interested in getting an offer from you. They all asked if I had an idea what I wanted for the SUV. My answer to all nope give me your offer. I did look into selling it to internet company their offer was slightly higher than Patriot, less than $200). I wasn't quite comfortable dealing with them. Patriot made me feel comfortable. Even when I when into sell it to them they made it extremely easy. More
