Took our car in for an air bag recall and decided to schedule service while I waited. The whole experience was great! Service department from scheduling over the phone to getting the service finished wa schedule service while I waited. The whole experience was great! We made a service appointment for today and even ordered parts for a 915am service appointment we dropped the truck off at 7am. We called around 3:30 for a status and were told they were waiting for a more parts for a 915am service appointment we dropped the truck off at 7am. We called around 3:30 for a status and were told they were waiting for a more experienced tech. We stopped in at 5pm to pick up the truck and was told "sorry we didn't get to it today" I said what its been here for 8 hours and they said "yeah sorry didn't get to it' and so we left nobody tried to stop us or apologize and I'm shocked and feel like I'm being punked or something. This is how we operate now, after explaining how important not having this work truck out of service was we just didn't get to it today. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere trust me. More

Bad welds, windshield leaks, doors don’t shut properly. 7 months old and 5k miles. 2025 Chevy Express with Reading body All we want is our money back and get out of this nightmare. We were first told th 7 months old and 5k miles. 2025 Chevy Express with Reading body All we want is our money back and get out of this nightmare. We were first told they couldn’t help us, then offered us $50k for our $75k truck and we could by another at nearly msrp. Now it’s it needs to be repaired, rewelded, repainted and cannot be given a timeline on when we will get it back. We just want our money back and are even willing to eat the $6k in upgrades we invested after purchase. We have been told refund is not possible bc it’s been 5k miles 🤦♂️ and has been “in service”. Don’t buy commercial trucks here if you’re a contractor looking for dependability and support for your fleet. Buyer beware. More
