I don't know where to start but I was searching for a new or used F 150 and I checked with many dealer's close to home but couldn't find what I wanted and some dealers wouldn't even respond. I ended up working with Sarah Gonzalez and she did a wonderful job. We communicated via email back and forth for a long period of time and she got me answers to all my questions. I ended up not making a purchase the first time around as I went with another brand. As it turned out the other brand did not work out. A couple of weeks later I found another F 150 at Keller Brothers Ford and I again contacted Sarah. This time things worked out differently and I bought a F 150 from Sarah. Everyone I had any interaction with at the dealership was friendly and helpful. The entire deal went great from start to end. Keller Brother Ford is about 55 miles from my house and I have many Ford dealers and other brands closer to me. I went with Keller Brothers Ford as they had the truck I wanted and two others that I could have picked from that were in my price range and the correct model. I would definitely recommend Keller Brothers Ford to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. If I buy another Ford in the future Keller Brothers will be my first dealer to look at.

Nate Dohner was my salesman and went above and beyond, even bringing the vehicle to me despite being nearly an hour away. The entire process was painless, straightforward, and everyone was easy to work with. Would I return? Absolutely. The atmosphere and the people are the best I’ve experienced at a dealership. This place is A++ sales and service. My wife and I had a great experience at this dealership. By far the best car buying experience I have had. John Davis, our sales associate, was very friendly and helpful throughout our transactions, went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. His professionalism, honesty, and genuinely friendly attitude made a huge difference. We took a test drive, decided on a vehicle (Ford Escape) and made a down payment. Later that evening we received a call from John stating they would not be able to sell us the car as it did not pass “their inspection”, but he immediately checked their inventory for similar vehicles (this part usually takes forever) and found a vehicle in the same price range. The next day we returned to the dealership, took a test drive, and decided on the vehicle (a Jeep Cherokee Latitude). John made sure to communicate promptly and took care of everything that needed to be done to get the vehicle looking and feeling like new. We are very thankful for John and the staff at Sands Ford of Pottsville for going above and beyond. Very trustworthy dealership, highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend going to Coccia ford. I have bad credit and Dave from finance never gave me up on me he worked very hard to get me a loan through a bank. I want to preface by saying, Brad seemed like a wonderful salesman. However, this dealership will never have my business. I had made an appointment to try out an explorer that had just come in. The price was reasonable, a little lower than the ones I had been looking at but still in the ball park. I tried it, liked it, went into the office to make a deal, when I was informed the price online was inaccurate. Okay, mistakes happen, that’s fine. The correct price was $13k MORE than the online price. Way out of my budget. They told me it was $41k but they’d give me a “deal” and it would be $39,900. Still not going to work for me. They tried to sell me on a lease which I wasn’t interested in, as well as sell me on another car that didn’t have the features I needed. I walked away frustrated at the fact I wasted my own time because of a clerical error that should’ve been checked when the appointment was made. The real kicker is, when I went to check on it again the following day, they had it priced at the “deal” they tried to give me. So, they tried to pretend it was $2,000 more than what they were actually pricing it at, and then try to sell it to me like I’m making out well on it. Disgusting and slimy behavior. Good luck to them trying to sell a car for $5,000 over the going rate. And only $6,000 less than a brand new, off the lot explorer. Stay far, far away. Do your research and know what the cars you’re looking at go for because they will try to rip you off. Lastly, women that go car shopping alone, don’t let these xxxxxxxx try to push you around.

They lack integrity and will take advantage of you. Especially John. He tried to sell my lady a used 2016 Passat for 13k with a 21% interest rate. Even with 2k down that came out to 26k over the life of the loan. He gets upset and berated her because she wasn’t crazy enough to commit. These people should be ashamed of themselves to associate their name with a salesmen like him. This dealership is a no for me because all I can think about is how many people get taken advantage of by this guy! Its shameful!!
