Great customer service from professional and personable sales staff. They were happy to sit down and LISTEN to what we were looking for. They then brought vehicles for us to look at that matched our needs. They never any pressure, just courteous presentations of option sea clear explanations of the options. We asked two questions the person was unsure of so she went and got the answers for us. The Benner Family does an excellent job of management. If you are interested in a Ford vehicle this is the first and last place you will need to look. Outstanding people and clean, professional sales and work environment. the biggest plus is their Service department, it is the best Ford service department I have ever used. My first Ford was 1963 Ford F-100. So I have seen many service departments, this one is the top one.

Worst car buying experience of our lives! Absolutely terrible. Bought a brand new Navigator and drove it 50 miles to find out it hand a cracked oil pan that the dealership never checked. The service manager was unprofessional, rude, and ignorant to us. The dealership provided us with a loaner that was dirty and had the check engine light on and a low oil pressure alarm that continuously went off. We were told to ignore the alarm and check engine light that it was okay to drive. I guess that should have been the first clue to the integrity of the service department and dealership as a whole. Who runs a business that way?

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! Purchased an explorer that I was told had 6,000 miles from test drives. Not even two weeks later the check engine light is on. Was told that the car had been used by a sales manager as his personal car! I paid full price for what I believed was a new car!! They also gave me nearly $10,000 less for my trade than they are trying to sell it for now!
