We were very pleased with our experience at Sunbury Motors. The Salesman was very thorough going over everything with us. We loved that we could test drive the vehicle without a salesman being with us. For my wife, who did the test drive, she was more at ease. We were treated very kindly and the fact that we were no rushed thru the process, leaving the salesman to stay past his working hours! GREAT JOB!!

I was leery of visiting a dealership from previous visits to other dealerships where you felt pushed, rushed and like you were being cheated. I met Kirk Shumaker as my salesperson, and he was more than nice, comical and never made me feel cheated or rushed. He made the buying experience relaxing and easy. Everyone at the dealership was very nice and friendly. The process of purchasing was fast, compared to an all-day adventure experienced at other dealerships in the past.

Visited the dealership to test drive a 2017 Ford Edge that was advertised in the Washington Observer newspaper. I dealt with salesman Craig W. and he was very cordial and understanding of what I was looking for in a vehicle. Between Craig and the used car manager Dan, it was a very stress free experience. Although I didn't purchase the vehicle as I wasn't sure it was what I really wanted, I will definitively consider doing business there in the future if I see a vehicle that really interests me.

Took our F150 in for the recommended spark plug change and now the truck is not running properly. There is no doubt in my mind that they screwed it up by not changing them per specs. This is not the first time they tried to bilk us. Should have not gone back.

A woman shopping for a car doesn't normally get the respect and service that men do. Pete and Nick were the exception. I researched online for a new car and did a pre-approval for a Mercury Milan. Pete called me a few days later and answered every one of my questions. If he didn't know the answer, he found it quickly. He was never pushy. He called me again a few days later on a Monday and he introduced me to Nick who took his time with me and answered every single question I had. By that Friday, I had my new car.
