I am extremely dissatisfied with this dealership and their customer service. They sold me a car with a promised $7,500 tax credit but failed to submit the necessary paperwork to the IRS, despite my accountant's advice and multiple attempts to rectify the situation. The sales staff was rude and dismissive, even arguing with my accountant. After contacting the IRS, I discovered they never filed the paperwork, costing me the tax credit. My complaint to the sales manager was met with a false promise, and he never followed up. Furthermore, the dealership misrepresented an electrical warranty, threatening a $450 inspection fee even for covered issues. They also mark up Ford OEM parts significantly. Avoid this dealership and others in the Empire Ford/Toyota network; their practices are dishonest and unprofessional.
