I had my SUV service this month and it was an easy process. The service director Rakesh Bisnauth and the service rep Catherine were very helpful. I was advised steps by steps the process of my car. They both answer any questions I had and was given a car wash without me asking. This is what you call customer service. Thank you Audi of great time.

Lease agreement - Audi customer

I turned in an 2015 Audi leased vehicle for a new lease and was told I wouldn't have to pay for the last 3 month left on the 2015 vehicle. Recently I received a bill for the 3 months and was told Atlantic Audi communicated with them any such agreement. Has anyone had this problem?

Purchased an Audi Q4 e-tron here and was disappointed with the delivery. The car wasn’t charged, the tire pressure monitor flagged an issue (later found to be a nail), and an open recall was left unaddressed. My car ended up in service for days—these are things that should have been handled before delivery.
