Exceptional customer service from start to finish. What a fantastic experience I had at Mercedes Benz of Goldens Bridge. From the minute you walk in the door, there is a warm and welcoming vibe, starting with Jackie, the receptionist. She greeted me in a professional, friendly manner and after a brief chat, brought me to my meeting with Rey Baker. Rey, the GM of the dealership, was incredible! He gave me so many options and discussed numerous ways for me to continue my relationship with Mercedes Benz. He was friendly, fair and made me feel like I had been dealing with him and this dealership for years! Next I met Victor Varga, my sales rep who showed me the car I was most interested in and gave me a complete and thorough breakdown of the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about my car as well as MB in general and provided all sorts of info without being pushy. After making my final decision, I was introduced to the business manager Joe Prudente, who went through all the financial info in a clear and concise manner. He didn't rush anything but also moved through the lengthy process at a great pace. And when I asked him to explain something a second time, he didn't hesitate. My overall experience at MB of Goldens Bridge was outstanding. First class in every way! I highly recommend Rey Baker, Victor Varga and everyone at this dealership. They are top notch people who will make your car buying experience very pleasant.

We visited the Mercedes-Benz dealership on 35-01 Northern Boulevard, Long Island City, NY 11101 because our current lease was nearing expiration and we were considering either leasing or financing a new vehicle. From our first conversation, Nick was helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping us understand the options that worked best for us. We initially came in interested in the GLE 350 and asked for a comparison between leasing and financing, as well as the opportunity to take the vehicle for a test drive. Nick thoroughly explained the differences, answered all of our questions clearly, and promptly arranged the test drive. After driving the GLE 350, we felt that the GLE 450 would be a better fit because of its added power and six-cylinder engine. Nick did not hesitate to arrange another test drive for us, and that made all the difference. We ultimately decided on the GLE 450 and were very happy with our choice. Nick’s manager, Matt Fattah, was also friendly, transparent, and straightforward throughout the process. We received a reasonable offer, including the option to buy out our existing lease. Nick and the entire team took care of everything—from the paperwork related to our current lease, DMV, bank, and new lease—so efficiently that we were able to drive home in our new vehicle the very same day. Overall, it was a seamless, professional, and genuinely positive experience. Thank you, Nick, for making such a major decision feel easy and stress-free. Just kudos to Giovanni for a no fuss no muss buying experience. Everything went great from talking, texting with him, we did everything online and over the phone. After I get approved I test drove the car and signed the papers. I only spent less than an hour at the dealership. And also Victor (service dept.) who helped me during my car services. This 2 guys are professional and courteous.
