I had very specific criteria and was comparing multiple dealerships, and Leticia never pressured me — instead, she worked hard to earn my business. She was transparent with pricing, took the time to answer all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident before moving forward. Most importantly, she followed through on everything she said she would do. That level of consistency and communication made all the difference. Car buying can be stressful, but Leticia made the process smooth and straightforward. I truly felt like she respected my time and priorities.
