Crystal demonstrates the highest level of product knowledge, professionalism, and client advocacy. During a recent service visit, she identified a critical misunderstanding regarding my prepaid maintenance and tire & rim protection packages. I had previously been advised that my plan included four services per year, which led me to schedule appointments at three month intervals. This error had gone unaddressed until Crystal carefully reviewed my account. Rather than simply processing the visit, she took ownership of the client experience. She proactively educated me on my vehicle’s actual service intervals, showed me how to monitor service timing directly through the vehicle dashboard, and clearly outlined the structure and long-term value of my protection packages. Her diligence prevented me from unintentionally exhausting my maintenance benefits within the first year instead of utilizing them strategically over the four year term. Crystal exemplifies brand integrity, operational excellence, and a client first mindset. She demonstrates accountability, transparency, and a deep understanding of Mercedes-Benz standards.
