Aaron our car salesman was very professional, I appreciated his approach on selling the two cars I purchased for myself and my wife. We have a growing family with a two year old and a three month old and Aaron wasn’t your “typical car salesman” where you feel like they’re breathing down your neck, pushing to get you to buy a car. He was very relatable and we had great conversations.

I visited this dealership to have new tires put on my car and it was a headache from start to finish. Already experiencing issues with the tires and they are brand new! Also, don't bother leaving a message for the service manager because he doesn't return phone calls (this is nothing new at either Ramsey Nissan or Infiniti). Based on my experience, it's safe to say this will be my first and last time owning an Infiniti and maybe even a Nissan.

Bought a used 2016 Ram 1500 on 5/31/2025 as of 6/6/2025 the Massachusetts registration transfer still isn’t completed. Which means tomorrow I will no longer be able to legally drive the truck until they figure out how to do their job. Without the registration I cannot get a second keyfob (truck only came with one) made because Dodge requires bill of sale AND registration to get the programing pin on top of the vehicle being purchased in both mine and my husband’s name which means we both physically have to be there with photo ID to get the pin and he gets deployed on Monday so I’ll have to wait until he gets back which means I won’t be driving the truck until he’s home because the risk of losing the key and having to pay thousands to reprogram the truck to a set of keys isn’t worth it to me. We were told that it would be registered on Monday and the registration paperwork overnighted to us for Tuesday. After they messed up the paperwork and didn’t get it done Monday they promised we would have it registered by Friday but it’s Friday and still no registration. Our salesman is no longer responding and the sales manager will not return my phone calls. Never mind the lies they told us about how they wouldn’t fix the broken parking brake or chipped windshield when we looked at the truck and told them on 5/27/2025 that the truck would not pass mass inspection. Their response was“they didn’t have to abide by Massachusetts inspection laws. But lo and behold even in the state of CT they still have to pass a checklist including safety which those 2 issues fall under so they had to fix it, which they did. Why lie about it? They also claimed that they were going to have the truck detailed again prior to us leaving with it. Which they didn’t. The interior was still full of grime from the previous owner along with the previous owners personal information left in the vehicle when we test drove it. If I could rate this dealership zero stars I would.

We went to Nissan of Yorktown Heights to look at a used car. The staff was excellent. We even got to meet the new owner, Adam. We ended up not buying the car, it was just not what my daughter was looking for. I have to say it was the most pleasant visit to a car dealership we ever had, and I'm 60 years old so you go in there on guard, but we were treated so well. There were no high pressure sales tactics. We were treated with actual kindness and understanding, they actually listened to us and what we were looking for. Since we had traveled so far they actually filled our car with gas for the trip home. I wish Adam all the luck in the world in this new endeavor. I highly recommend this dealership and we will definitely keep an eye on their inventory, because we have three daughters that will be looking for cars over the next couple years.

I leased my Rouge from this dealer in May, 2016. The deal they advertised was they would buy me out of my existing lease if I leased a new car from them. I did the deal and gave them my old Volkswagen but they "forgot" to turn it in. Come October I'm getting invoices from VW as the car was due to be turned in in September and Nissan said they would look into it. They say they had taken the car to their service department and forgot about it. In November they finally turned the car in and in January I got the final invoice. I sent it to them at least six times and they never answered me about paying the invoice. Now their showroom is empty and I am on the hook for $3,000 they were supposed to pay.

on dec 20 2016, i turned in my leased nissan for anew lease. after all negotiations were over, nissan was to pay all fees for wear and tear , mileage overage, etc. 2 weeks later , they closed their doors without paying what was owed .

!! Please read this before considering your business with this dealership !! To the good people of Danbury, CT and whoever considering to give business to this dealership!! I wish I could give less than one star! but READ to understand why it’s worth reading. I love Nissan I’ve had many Nissans before and decided to trade in my old Nissan to a 2025 Nissan Rouge! Got the new vehicle traded in the old one that was around Mid May 2025 was ok with the payment and things I tried to take the plates from the old vehicle but they informed me that it’s a free service and they will take care of the cancellation of the old plates I was pleased with the free service! So far everything is good… 3 months later I received tons of violations left and right, speeding tickets , Tolls , ..etc that is under my old vehicle’s plates that is SUPPOSEDLY WAS CANCELED 2 MONTHS AGO!! Someone is using my old plates on his/her cars! I was on vacation had to cut my vacation and return early straight to the dealership confronted them with all the tickets and the respond was: “ So sorry the lady in charge of canceling license plates forgot to cancel it and the old vehicle sold to an Auction with the license plates in it” !! BUT don’t worry it’s something simple and we will take care of the tickets for you. They said just pay and we will reimburse you with a check. I handed them a copy of the tickets and toll invoices and they promised they will take care of it and they canceled the plates on this day of my visit Mid August! Few days later I’m calling to confirm that I’m going to do the payment when they said no don’t pay as we filed dispute! ( a heads up would be nice but whatever) Couple weeks after I’m still receiving more tickets, toll and violations I reached out via phone the female manager is never returning calls! I decided to drive there and of course the same few words we will take care of it don’t worry it’s business experience blah blah blah .,, Couples weeks later nothing still but now I call the dealership and all managers are busy in meeting also no one is returning calls! Now I’m dealing with court hearings, paperwork to and from court , etc and nothing from the dealership what so ever! I can’t describe how disappointed I feel about how reckless this dealership is. And who knows it could be one of them who has been using my plates I wouldn’t be surprised! If you don’t want to regret your purchase plus saving some money and headache don’t go there! They are even refusing to give me the Auction they sent my old vehicle to so I can try to track the current owner of the vehicle and take an action which is another reason why I think it’s an internal issue and someone from the staff has been using my plates. PS. I know names of all people I dealt with there but no reason to mention names I doubt the owner of the dealership is aware of what’s happening there. THIS IS ONLY A WARNING TO WHO EVER IS CONSIDERING DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP.
