Becca, Danny and the service manager were very professional and efficient in getting my repair issue resolved. Original diagnosis was a bad right shock based on the noise I was hearing . Based on price I elected to go somewhere else for the replacement after getting the shocks replaced the noise continued. I brought the van back to both places several times. The shocks were even replaced and I still had the noise. Honda originally said it was the shock. After 4 months honda kept the van for a couple days they had another van almost same year on the lot. They replaced both shocks from that van and installed in my van , noise gone !!! They gave me a choice to keep the shocks from the other van and they would use my shocks in the other van. No charge. I would highly recommend bridgewater honda especially their service department . For now on I go with honda parts
