Loved the panoramic roof and the sound system. Still thinking it over, but that test drive definitely stood out.

Kindle Ford is the best dealer to deal with in South Jersey. There is no haggling. If you order a vehicle, there is no mark up. Once the vehicle comes in, everything is ready for you and you head home. I would never go to another Ford Dealership. Fran Adellizi, Geoff Heap and Albert T are the best to deal with. If your looking for a new vehicle head right over there. I have purchased all of my Ford and Lincoln vehicles at Kindle Ford and they are family!

They were honest, I needed a vehicle and it had to be something to get me to work and back. The dealership has need kind enough to let me know the shortcomings of the truck as well as even sweeten the deal a little bit by lowering the actual price a little, for all in all it was a good solid foundation ran good no other issues other than the brake cable which I can definitely replace and I'm happy with it. The entire process from looking at it to signing the papers was less than an hour and I was out within 2 hours driving the vehicle home. For those that Wonder they put paper plates on so you can leave right away once you add it to your insurance and then they'll mail you your real place in a few days to a week pretty good.

These people are not trustworthy. Bought a car made didn't even make it home before the transmission gave out. Brought it to a Honda dealership where I was told they had cleared the codes for the transmission and other things wrong with the car. Hadn't received my title in over 3 weeks so I brought the paperwork from the Honda dealership back up there to speak with them to try to get them to help me get this resolved well they started cussing threatening shoving me and then stole my paperwork from the Honda dealership after threatening and pushing me in my 60-year-old mother out the door

I agree with everything said in the reviews above. I wish I would have read this prior to my purchasing the vehicle. They were nice up until the sale. Then all the the rules changed. They delivered the car 1 day late, and the car didn't come with all the special "extras" that every car comes with. ie Wheel Locks and sunroof deflector. They said these came with the car, they were not on the car. Yet they were on my buyers invoice. I did have to pay for them. The service and sales deptartments equally are terrible. Service Deptarment is an ultimate JOKE.. PLEASE LISTEN to my complaints. They are all the truth. Today I took my 1 month old car to get redetailed and all the the "defects" fixed. Waited from 9:30 am to 1:00. The car was "finished". When I obviously noticed "defects" I wanted fixed were not. The sales man came out and told me I have been unhappy since day one and that is just too bad. If I want to wait again then MAYBE they can work on those things I wanted fixed. I am NOT a picky person. These are things I PAID FOR!!!This dealership provides poor quality service. Overall.

Never had a problem with them and don't expect to. I refer to them anytime someone even mentions they are looking for a car or a new mechanic.
