I purchased a vehicle from this dealership two weeks ago, and from day one there were several issues that needed attention. The vehicle had not been properly detailed prior to delivery, and there were additi and from day one there were several issues that needed attention. The vehicle had not been properly detailed prior to delivery, and there were additional repairs that needed to be addressed. I brought these concerns to the dealership’s attention and was assured that everything would be resolved. Unfortunately, I have had to contact them four separate times due to a lack of communication and follow-through. A detailing appointment has still not been scheduled, and two replacement parts needed to be ordered. At the dealership’s request, I emailed photos of the issues, which I promptly provided. Despite a work order already being created with the details and photos submitted, I was recently asked to come back in so they could inspect the same issues again. This feels redundant and has only delayed the resolution process further. I have also made it clear that I work until 4:30 PM. I was told this would not be a problem, yet communication has been virtually nonexistent. As of today, the original issues remain unresolved, and I am still waiting for meaningful action from the dealership. The lack of communication, organization, and follow-through has been extremely disappointing, especially so soon after purchasing a vehicle. More
