Is just a transaction for carmax,no costumer service. Not even a glass of water was offer. No information about the car was given.
I was very pleased it was nice and fast, half an hour for everything and walked out with a beautiful car.

From the start, CarMax of Wayne,NJ was amazing! They communicated with me every step of the way making the entire process easy & stress free. When it came time to register my car (out of state), they sent everything I needed within 10 days. There was no guesswork - it couldn’t have been smoother. The whole process was amazing. Plus, when it came time to drive my car off the lot, there was a huge yellow bow on the hood!
