Dan was friendly, courteous, and highly knowledgeable about the vehicles we chose. Shortly after my purchase, I had a question about my car and called Dan. I was well prepared for all the potential negative things that happen too frequently at dealerships, but none of that happened to me. My experience was excellent. We arrived at a fair deal for our 2023 Telluride (love the vehicle). However the reason for this review is because there was an error in the paperwork that resulted in us being charged $1,000.00 above the agreed price. The dealership noticed the error, called us, apologized for the error and immediately refunded the overpayment. This honesty and integrity is appreciated as they could have swept it under the rug. For me, 5 starts for honesty and integrity, you do not often see these days were someone admits a mistake, corrects the mistake and apologizes. For this reason, I have to highly recommend this dealership. Thank You, Joe
