I went to this dealer for service on my RAV4. My key FOB was not working. This happened to me on another car and it turned out to be my car battery. Faulkner’s service department checked out my battery for no charge. I will definitely continue to use them for my regular service.

Was promised two key fobs and then they could only find one and tried to tell me my car only came with one. Thankfully I had a screenshot of the listing from their website and they had another one made- which wasn't convenient bc I live over an hour away and they wouldn't even mail it to me. My salesman Hector was extremely rude and aggressive after I bought my car and had issues with the car play and tires. When I told him he was being disrespectful he said "what are you going to do about it?" Manager Odie was standing right there and told him to cool down and that was it. Had to come back three times to have small issues taken care of. Overall terrible experience here. Still haven't received plates after three weeks. 0/10, DNR this dealership.

Do not by the car care policy. Complete ripoff. They charge all that money and when you go in they decline you on the spot. Save your money
