From the second I walked in I felt like family. - RGSJEEP

From the second I walked in I felt like family. I cannot think Justin, Zach, and Bob enough for the hospitality they have shown me through this process. The ease in which the purchase of my truck has taken place and the way I was treated felt like I was the biggest priority of their day. I cannot ask for a better buying experience. I will never shop for a car, anywhere but Lester Glenn.

I've been leasing cars from Route 1 CDJR since 2012. - susan.parris21

I've been leasing cars from Route 1 CDJR since 2012. Always a positive experience. Vince Restuccia and the finance guy made everything go smoothly recently when I rolled over the lease on my Jeep Compass. The Service Dept is excellent, also. As a senior citizen woman, I appreciate that everyone at this dealership treats me professionally and with respect.

After having a disappointing experience with another - Blitzburg99

After having a disappointing experience with another local Ram service department, I decided to give Circle Ram an opportunity to change my perception. I'm glad I did. The service advisor who assisted me, Robert, was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, Robert took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and ensured that all of my questions were addressed. He thoroughly explained the recommended repairs, kept me informed throughout the process, and demonstrated a level of professionalism and customer care that is rare to find. The quality of the repairs was outstanding, and my vehicle now runs like new. It is refreshing to find a dealership that is both reliable and honest. Thank you, Robert, and the entire Circle Ram team for providing such a positive experience. I have found a dealership I can trust, and I will gladly return for future service needs. Sincerely,
John Serro

I can't thank the service team enough for taking care of - paul agbulos

I can't thank the service team enough for taking care of an unexpected issue with my vehicle, been having a problem for three months but they diagnosed the problem quickly, Denise worked with me on timelines, and ensured my car was safe and road-ready before handing the keys back. True professionals who go above and beyond for their customers.

Mr. Morton is an extremely kind, personable, and - mark.saigh

Mr. Morton is an extremely kind, personable, and professional dealer. He assisted me with returning my 2022 Wrangler at the end of my lease and did so most efficiently. Based on his interaction with me and my father, I would recommend Mr. Morton to anyone looking to purchase or lease a new Chrysler, Dodge, or Jeep. He clearly demonstrates extensive experience.

Dealing with Jessica Russo has been the best thing ever. - Rslandscape1

Dealing with Jessica Russo has been the best thing ever. She was able to hunt down the truck I wanted and needed for my business. Only took about 1 week to find the vehicle and get it delivered. I will definitely be coming back to her for my future vehicle purchases. Also Alina in the service department has always been amazing with helping with my other vehicles.

The Chrysler dealership at Sanson should consider giving - X

The Chrysler dealership at Sanson should consider giving its customers a loaner vehicle when they drop their vehicle off most customers. Don’t realize that they’re going to have to Uber or find other means to transportation when they leave their car for repair.
