We placed a deposit on a used Lincoln Navigator on 8/8/25 and were told it would be ready for pickup by Tuesday, 8/12/25. I confirmed we’d be there Friday morning, 8/15/25 at 9:00am, and was assured the vehicle would be ready and waiting.
Given their own timeline, the inspection and prep should have started no later than Monday. Instead, we received a call on Thursday, 8/14/25 informing us of an issue with the tilt steering—fine, things happen. But just hours later, we were told the tires wouldn’t arrive until Monday, 8/18/25. They had a full week to order tires and waited until Friday afternoon to let us know we couldn’t take delivery.
For a high-end dealership, this level of disorganization and lack of communication is unacceptable. If you’re expecting a smooth, professional experience, look elsewhere. We were met with delays, last-minute updates, and a clear lack of urgency or customer care
