Boyd Canty was awesome…. had been dealing with another car dealership and o was getting jerked around in… called Boyd and he set everything up , no hassles , all done by phone and couldn’t be a nicer more knowledgeable sales person. I was actually in the dealership for less than 30 mins too… couldn’t be better service. Thanks you bmw Manhattan and Boyd … plus the car was impeccably clean and the person who set it up and walked me through it was great.

I have to say A1 service, I recently purchased an M40 that was in near mint condition, but the team worked with me and gave me a solid price. Shout out to Luis in sales for making it happen and to Gio in finance as well for the friendly and professional service. Would highly recommend, of course everyone has their preferences but this location treats anyone and everyone as their own. Thanks again! Unfortunately, had a couple of follow up questions regarding my contract and was given a canned response that I would receive a call but have not heard from the team since I signed/paid.

I have never been to any dealership where the rebates - sjm461

I have never been to any dealership where the rebates offered were added to the purchase price before being deducted to get me back to the original price. I was ready to buy the car cash but one of the rebates required financing, so purchase price was $1000 more than offer, Also all Open Road dealerships include a $399 Electronic filing fee on top of the $999 Doc Fee. Trust was gone after rebates added back to price. Beware.

OCC BMW has something special, I hope their other advisors deal with customers in the same fashion, absolute professionalism, and courteous, and not there to just get Rich off of you.
