Chy is truly an invaluable employee and someone who knows how to treat people the right way. He is patient, understanding, extremely knowledgeable about BMWs, and, most importantly, treats his customers with genuine respect and kindness. I recently brought my car in for maintenance and was waiting at the dealership while the work was being completed. It happened to be around lunchtime, and Chy noticed that I was sitting outside patiently waiting. Without hesitation, he took it upon himself to offer me some food. That may seem like a small gesture, but it meant a great deal to me. In a world where everyone seems to be in a hurry and patience can sometimes be in short supply, Chy took the time to notice a customer and make sure I was taken care of. That speaks volumes about his character. Alex was great, he worked with me via phone/text cause I live a few hours away. We negotiated the whole deal before I came to the dealership, He went back and forth with his GM and really pushed to get me t live a few hours away. All I had to do onsite was pick 1 of 2 identical cars except different colors. When I arrived there, my mother liked the deal so much she took the second car on the spot.
