Terrence is a great sales guy and convinced me to buy the car. The bald finance guy needs to learn manners and how to speak to customers. He requires payoff on a trade and a credit hit to provide selling price of a new car and appraisal value of the trade; unacceptable and unheard of. Also be careful when doing a test drive, the test car ran out of fuel and we had to walk to the dealership.

Absolutely horrible experience buying a car from this dealership. Would not recommend it to anyone. They are not helpful at all, there are all kinds of delays, no customer service and extremely rude behaviour when you have an issue that needs resolution. They hung up on me when they did not have answers to my genuine questions. There were too many hidden costs and no proper explanation. Seriously, steer clear from buying a car from this dealership.
