This dealership is the best in the portland area .I have leased 7 trucks here have always been well treated and gotten a fair deal. I would not deal anywhere else .

Service was completely unorganized, lacked basic communication, and down right unprofessional. They don’t respect customers time and the staff can’t be bothered to do anything to attempt service recovery. I hand held their department to ensure my car that got towed was serviced at my scheduled appointment, still didn’t happen. By the way, maybe don’t have a triple A dealership sign if you don’t even have a process for towed cars to be dropped for service.

Have a recall on my 2020 Camaro. I called to make a appointment to have it done. Was told only do it at 7:30 or 1:00 which does not work with my schedule. At this point I asked to speak to the service manager and was on hold for 15 min and finally hung up.I thought the whole idea behind service was to work with your customer not here. This is the second time could not even get first oil change done because couldn't get a appointment time that works for my schedule. Also guess they don't care about the safety of their customers and family.
