We did have a period of time where there was a glitch with some of our enrollment information, and we’re sorry that caused confusion between our finance and service departments regarding your Elite Package coverage. We also understand how disappointing it must be to still be dealing with the computer system concerns on your Nissan Rogue after multiple visits.
