The Service at Mastria Volkswagen is off the charts. We were introduced to Luis Reyes who was very helpful and made the process very simple. He found us a great deal on a 2024 Taos. We never felt pressured into buying. It was a great experience. I would highly recommend going to Mastria and checking it out.

The business manager gave me numbers on a used vehicles. I was ready to finish the purchase until the GM reached back out to me and bumped up the price by a couple of thousands, using the excuse that the pricing was advertise lowered then they are actually selling it for on many websites. The problem with that is when I spoke to the business manager I never mentioned the price or the website. She simply gave me the numbers I saw on the website without me mentioning it to her. As you can see the GM was trying to pull a fast one on me. I use to work in this business so I know they can bump up the prices on used car as much as they want by a click of a button.
