My experience at Autofair Subaru was AMAZING. Luis Franco was my sales person. He was patient & sat with me for awhile going over different options available to me. Before I knew it I was driving a 2025 Crosstrek (which I didnt think would happen) out of the dealership. He also took the time, on more than one occasion, to go over the options I had in the car such as drive assist, the starter, and connecting my phone. Im sure I will have more questions as I get to know my vehicle and I am confident Luis will greet me with his giant smile! Service, management & the finance department was excellent as well.

Outstanding, five star service. Mark in the Service Department and the younger mechanic who serviced my car today, December 30, deserve a bonus. I walked in this afternoon in a panic because my Subaru, which I need to drive back to DC, had a complete system failure. Mark was extremely patient with me and helped me get the claim number associated with the battery defect class action suit. Once Mark got that, he set up my car with an excellent mechanic (I wish I got his name) who did the diagnostics and needed repairs in about an hour. My Subaru is working like a charm again. I cannot thank North Reading Subaru enough for getting my car ready to go again for my drive back to DC. Your team is the best.
