The service department needs better oversight. I meant to rate it a 3. My service advisor was friendly but there seems to be no alignment between the advisors and the mechanics/service bays and they have no idea how long an oil change takes. He told me sometimes it takes 4 hrs if there are a lot of cars. Last year I came here for an oil change and was there for 2.5 hrs. This time it was an hr because I kept following up. When checking out the advisor had to correct the bill because I said it wasn't what he quoted. I had a check engine light pop on before I got to the dealership so they couldn't do the state inspection and couldn't tell me how long it would be to diagnose the vehicle and the couldn't give me a ride since I live by Little Elm and it was over 15 miles. I ended up getting an oil change and Anthony did make sure my car was washed which I appreciated but had to drive my car to Denton Dodge Jeep to get the diagnostic test done for the check engine light. While paying out I witnessed another customer ask the status of her vehicle and come to find out her vehicle never went the back and she had been there a couple of hours. They need a manager overseeing what is going on, no organization or processes at all. Not much improvement since last year...
