My husband and I ordered our 2024 Ford Maverick Hybred from Boyd Automotive in July 2023. Throughout the waiting process, Jason kept us informed of the build-status of our vehicle and was very willing to answer our questions. We received delivery of the truck on May 30th. Jason and the team were extremely helpful, made sure everything was just the way we had ordered it, took time to review the truck with us so that driving would be easy. I am the primary driver and just love it! We took off from Durham to Florida for a trip the day after delivery. The truck performed very well then, and has since. I highly recommend Boyd Automotive to anyone looking for a Ford vehicle; in fact, I did recommend to a friend of church already!

The dealership was clean and everyone was so pleasant. It was the 23rd when we went in and it was late. I was actually hoping to browse alone but Sarita came out and made us feel at home and it was a breeze from there. Well almost, we came back on Christmas eve to get the truck. However everyone was trying to leave early. Endia and I were prepared to wait till after Christmas (30th) to pick up the truck but Mr. Cough said we were getting it today. Everyone pulled together, cleaned the truck, changed the oil, put new tires on it and had it ready. It was beautiful and the teamwork was awesome.

By far the best car dealership experience I have ever had! I bought a used car from Tindol Ford that I had found online (CarGurus). Everyone at Tindol was great to work with, and my sales rep, Greg Oates was just fantastic. Greg went above and beyond to make the experience as easy and stress free as possible. And they gave me a very fair price on the car, as well as my trade-in. I live about 3 hours away, so they are even having the car delivered to me (and my trade-in picked up) at a very reasonable fee. (And I really appreciate that they employ military veterans to do the deliveries.) I get my new car on Monday! Can't wait! UPDATE: They delivered my Jeep today! It looks brand new! The team at Tindol clearly spent a lot of time prepping and cleaning my car, because when it rolled onto my driveway it looked even better than the photos! And Miles, the military veteran who delivered my car, was incredibly helpful in explaining the paperwork and even some of the features on my car. My sales rep also checked in to see if I had any questions and to make sure I was satisfied. What a great experience--and I never even had to leave my home! Tindol is the best dealership I have ever worked with -- thanks again, to everyone at Tindol!!!
