Found the truck I was looking for at Seeger Toyota in St Robert, MO. Since I was 200 miles away, I was contacted by Melissa Callen. She answered all of my questions. Personally texted me and was very helpful in the process. Highly recommended. The paperwork was a breeze. Jordan the Sales Manager didnt spend 30 minutes trying to upsale the purchase. He was straightforward, professional, easy to talk to and knew his stuff. Again a real pleasure to work with. I have had not so good experiences in the past with other dealerships. These guys were great to work with, got me in and out in no time. I appreciate the small town dealerships, these guys were the best. Consider making the drive if you need a new or in my case a slightly used Toyota truck, SUV or car.

Rusty Drewing is the most honest and fair dealer that I’ve ever dealt with. There is no xx with these guys. A super clean and inviting showroom/waiting area. Devon Henry was my salesman and did everything that he said he would. They get more allocation because they sell so many new Toyotas. This was my second 4Runner from Rusty Drewing Toyota. If I ever get another it’ll be from them. Great dealership!

The ad on X (formerly Twitter) popped up on my timeline one lazy Sunday afternoon. It was flashy, bold, and impossible to ignore. The headline read, “ONCE-IN-A-LIFETIME COMEDY EXTRAVAGANZA!” with a dazzling graphic of a stage lit up in neon lights. The caption said: “Kevin Hart, Ali Wong, Dave Chappelle, and a MYSTERY LEGENDARY COMEDIAN live in Vegas! Limited VIP tickets available. Don’t miss out!” The post had thousands of likes, retweets, and comments like, “This is going to be epic!” and “Already got my ticket!” It even had a blue checkmark next to the account name, which made it seem legit. I clicked the link, and it took me to a sleek website with a countdown timer and a list of sold-out ticket tiers. The only option left was a $125,000 VIP package, which promised front-row seats, backstage access, and a meet-and-greet with the comedians. I hesitated for a moment, but the fear of missing out got the better of me. I thought, When will I ever get a chance like this again? So, I entered my credit card details and hit “Purchase.” The confirmation email came through instantly, and I felt a rush of excitement. Little did I know, I’d just fallen for one of the most elaborate scams I’d ever encountered. Looking back, I should’ve noticed the red flags the overly pushy tone of the ad, the lack of reviews for the event, and the fact that no official accounts from the comedians promoted it. But in the moment, it all seemed so real.I had been swept up by the flashy ad, the excitement of the event, and the FOMO (fear of missing out) that made it seem like an opportunity I couldn’t let slip by. Everything about the ad screamed “exclusive” and “once-in-a-lifetime,” which was enough to convince me to take the plunge. Yet, as time went on and I tried to follow up on the event, I found there was no trace of it anywhere. There were no details, no event pages, and no mention from the comedians themselves. My heart sank as I realized I had been scammed.Thankfully, GRAYWARE TECH SERVICES helped me get my money back, but the experience was a hard lesson in online scams. I’ll never forget that ad on X the one that cost me $125,000 and a whole lot of pride. This is a really bad time to need to purchase a new vehicle, but I had gotten to the point of not having a choice. Juliana Gillotti, Sales and Leasing Specialist really was so patient and spent the time to work with me to allow me to find the exact vehicle I was wanting/needing. I really appreciate the time and effort she showed in assisting me in the purchase. She was friendly and made the experience actually fun! I have driven Toyota Camry’s for the past 25 years. This was the worst sales and financing experience I have had. I live 5 hrs anway and bought the car online. The day I went to pick up the car our sales person was too busy helping other people, we finally went and asked him for the second set of keys so we could leave. The Finance Department was not forward about what I was paying for in taxes and assured me I was paying no further fees or my person property taxes. It took me almost a month of constant hounding the dealership to get an accurate description as to what my money went to. When I finally received the paperwork, I had financed my personal property taxes, not knowing and I had fees that equaled approximately $375 that I was not informed about. In fact I was told the only fees I had the day of the sale was the $299 in fees to the dealership. The people were nice but they did not provide accurate information and I question if it was dishonesty or not knowing and they were not helpful with providing the needed information after the sale was finalized. Nor were they very interested in assisting with what was being asked.

Traveled in from out of state and were incredibly impressed. They even let us bring our old dog inside the dealership while we worked with Finance. Highly recommend Fletcher Toyota!!

11/26/24: Avoid this place, IMO. I went in for an oil change and was told 5 ppl ahead of me and i said i would wait in lobby. 5 hours later and left with no oil change. no updating, no nothing.

Take it to Straatmann. - dwbrew

Take it to Straatmann. No service. Apparently no worries. We'll get to it at our convenience. . Where lunch breaks supersede any customer service. If you are in a hurry ,go to Reuchers. They seem to know as much as the Straatman people about Toyota's because they actually know vehicles,not just how to read sensor but listen to the engines rather than rely on their hourly rate to tell them the problem with a vehivle.

No oil put in car - Where did oil go

I had oil change after driving would not run no oil in engine. Burnt head gasket $2,200.00 to fix. No help from Toyota. Don't go near this dealer. Will not refund recall part.
