Have a recall on my 2020 Camaro. I called to make a appointment to have it done. Was told only do it at 7:30 or 1:00 which does not work with my schedule. At this point I asked to speak to the service manager and was on hold for 15 min and finally hung up.I thought the whole idea behind service was to work with your customer not here. This is the second time could not even get first oil change done because couldn't get a appointment time that works for my schedule. Also guess they don't care about the safety of their customers and family.

This dealership tried to charge me thousands of dollars to replace a heater core and rear breaks! Brought to another autobody shop and MY HEATER CORE AND REAR BREAKS ARE FUNCTIONAL!!!!!

I could go on an on about how terrible my second time buying a Nissan was. Here is a short list of some of the things that were unacceptable. - I was offered $200 for my trade in. (Kbb trade in value of roughly $4000) -Other customers seemed to consume take priority over my pregnant wife and I. We were there roughly 6 hours. Most of it waiting. -After the transaction was finally made, there was an agreement to payoff a trade in. The dealership waited almost 30 days to pay it off. Apparently there was a $104 discrepancy in the payoff amount that the Nissan dealership was quick to pass onto us.

I highly recommend buying from Darling's Honda/Nissan/Volvo in Bangor. Nick was great at handling the nitty gritty paperwork and details. James Comeau was great getting me set up with a sales person since I selected my car using the web site.
