I will start by saying I had a Fantastic sales experience. My salesman was Evan, he was awesome and took pictures and videos of the truck that I ultimately purchased. I was driving from 4.5 hrs. away, so I asked for several pics and videos. I also spoke with Taylor Royal during the sale and trade portion of the sale. They were both Fantastic and answered all my questions promptly. While shooting a video for me, Evan noticed a chip in the glass and showed it to me, it was very tiny. I did not ask them to fix it, but to my surprise when I arrived to pick up the truck, they had already scheduled a repair tie at Safelight glass in my local city, this was above expectations. The truck was in excellent condition and obviously been taken care of. While test driving, I noticed the steering wheel vibrating and pointed it out. Evan sent an email to management, and they agreed to reimburse me to have the tires balanced. I sent them a receipt and they are mailing me a check. When I opened the hood, everything looked good except for the battery that was leaking acid and had started corroding a terminal. I pointed it out immediately, Evan took pictures of the acid stains and corrosion and said he was sure they would get it taken care of, but no manager was in to approve replacement. He sent my concern and pictures to the vehicle operations manager, who denied replacement stating, “it tested very good so we will not replace it.” I voiced my concern of it doing more damage because it is obviously leaking but it was still denied. I was very surprised by this because they had been amazing up to this point and they claim to recondition and do a thorough inspection of all used vehicles. I have years of experience working in the service department for Chevrolet and Ford and can confidently say a battery leaking acid would not pass inspection by any ASE certified mechanic that I know. I can understand it being overlooked by someone in a hurry but should have been promptly changed upon showing it to management. I have several text and photos back and forth about replacing the battery but ultimately was denied. I will say no one was ever disrespectful and treated me very courteous, but after going through several communications back and forth the General sales manager, Jim Vella, text me and said since it tested good they will not replace it. This was disappointing but not a deal breaker. I love the truck. Overall, I would buy from them again, but I would not assume that being told something will be taken care of means that it will. Doing it over I would not have driven 4.5 hours back home and waited on approval. I would have them replace it before delivery. Chris H

Long story short…. Bought used Mazda 3 in VA Beach. Motor seized less than 3 mos. later. It was assigned to Savannah and within a couple of weeks, a new engine is getting dropped in it at no charge to me. Thanks to Savannah, Noah, the shop supervisor, and the rest of the Daytona Mazda Service Team for your relentless pursuit of customer satisfaction. Not enough stars in the Milky Way! :-)

Easiest and most hassle free experience I have ever had at a car dealership. There was no pressure from anyone at this location. Kelly was our salesperson and she is fantastic. Her knowledge of these vehicles informed us so that it was a no brainer to go with the Mazda over the VW Atlas, the Kia Telluride, the Genesis GV 80 and the Alfa Romeo Stelvia. Wallace Mazda was determined to get me approved on a lease even though my credit isn’t sparkling. Overall the best experience ever at a dealership and when my lease is up I will be back at Wallace to see what they have for me.

I was very happy with the ease of negotiations with my trade in vehicle, and truly felt I got a great deal on my new 2024 Mazda CX-5 purchase. I’d like to thank Sales Manager Eric, Salesman Eli, and Dave in Finance for helping it go so smoothly. Had a terrible experience at a local Bradenton Mazda dealer more than once, and made the drive down to PC. Glad I did, and will be back for hopefully another. Beautiful all new facility/ showroom is a plus as well.

Big shout out to my boy Ben for helping me get exactly what I wanted! More than just a salesmen, great all around guy that was just down to hear and made the whole process seem effortless. Also, big thanks to Ben's wife for her home made cookies and snacks. For those interested in the CX-70, I went with the Preium Plus Inline-6 Turbo and she is a dream car. I get nothing but compliments when riding around and most people are suprised it is a Mazda, lol! Compaired to like models, Mercedes or BWM, I feel that it is more than comperatable and even better in many ways; especially the price. Furthermore, I even test drove the Tesla Model Y, and while loaded with tech and fast, the quality was lacking in many areas and just a headache to charge and have that fear of running out of juice. The fit and finish of the Mazda is just is just top notch. The ride is smooth and responsive. Still plenty of tech but just simple and not overbearing. By the way, you can't beat the "Life Time" power train warranty the Lee Mazda Dealership has for free! Anyway, check it out for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

Where do I start about my absolutely amazing experience!!! (Between 11/09/24-11/13/24) I inquired about a particular vehicle I saw listed on the website. I then began emailing back and forth with Jasmine Woodward regarding the vehicle in question. She answered any questions I had and helped me as best as she could. After continuing to speak with her, I began talking with Shayne Norton through text message about another possible vehicle option. The vehicle I was interested in was being used as a courtesy service loaner, as was another vehicle I brought up (which was a bummer). Eventually, I began speaking with Kameron who sent me two different buyer’s orders for a brand new 24 Mazda 3 with the Preferred Package. One was using the special interest rate, the other was with a discount and rebate. After reviewing both options, I figured that vehicle regardless would’ve been out of my budget. I saw there was a Mazda 3 with the Sport Package and we decided to try that one. During the process of getting things going on that one, someone who came into the dealership was interested in the same vehicle, and eventually purchased it. So it was basically back to the drawing board with the Preferred Model. Jasmine emailed me an updated buyer’s order on it as I decided to go with the rebate and discount offered. After going through the credit app process, I was called on the 13th and was told that I was approved for the Mazda 3 Preferred package. (I was speechless). I was asked by Kameron when I could come in and fill out the paperwork and pick up my new car. Upon arrival, I let Kameron and Jasmine both know I was there, (Kameron had come in on his day off to finalize this deal). Once we started the paperwork, I was informed of one of two hiccups. The first was Kameron informed me somebody thought I was putting money down which increased the agreed payment by $8 and change. The second was that my zip code was incorrect, which I caught and was immediately corrected in the computer. Kameron stayed and helped me get everything set up on the car, all the while answering any questions I had regarding different features and going over them with me. The gentleman in Finance was very friendly, and easy to talk to not pushing anything on me, just mentioning that he had to go over the usual things with me. Overall I’m so very happy, and am enjoying my new car. Yes, this is the first Mazda I’ve ever owned. I should’ve bought this car in the first place instead of the car I traded in. THANK YOU KAMERON, JASMINE WOODWARD, SHAYNE NORTON, and the FINANCE GENTLEMAN for helping make this happen.

Where do I begin! - Black24Mazda

Where do I begin!!! Set up an appointment on 11/27/24 to have 2 issues looked at on my Mazda 3. Issue 1) passenger side of the trunk deck lid was not flush with the fender (whereas the driver side was). Issue 2) was a stumble/stutter with the transmission between 40-50 mph. I asked if I could physically show someone the deck lid, but no one wanted to see what I was talking about. The tech compared the deck lid to another car without involving me, and in the notes put that the gap was “WITHIN TOLERANCE” and THEY found similar vehicles having the same issue. As far as issue 2) They only drove my car (if they even did at all) 2 miles, hooked it up to a scan tool and in the video inspection the technician basically was wanting to blame the shutter in the transmission on the KN air filter I had installed. Overall, I left the dealership upset and feeling like nobody wanted to answer my questions. With this being said, I TOOK MY CAR TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP WHO FIXED THE ISSUE WITH THE TRUNK GAP!!!! It just needed to be realigned that was it. Also the same dealership’s master tech drove my car just over 8 miles and said that what I was experiencing was indeed a normal operating condition.

Annie in the service department was wonderful and really took care of me. She kept me up to speed on everything going on with my car, and made sure everything was completed, even recall fixes. I believe I’ll be a customer for a long time, they never disappoint!
