Jake and Colleen were who helped us over this weekend. THEY were fantastic to work with, absolutely the best people we have ever had when getting a vehicle. Jake made everything very possible for us that day to make sure we were taking the truck home as we drove over 3 hours to look at the truck! As the original truck we were going to look at was already sold but not updated on the website, we went to look at our other option and fell in love with that one anyways! They were both very friendly and very welcoming. I didn’t feel like a “buyer” with them and they were easily personable! They helped problem-solve every little thing for us. Jake’s attitude and personality alone made it worth the very far trip we took! I wish there were more people like them to ease the stress and make the environment so welcoming and friendly.

Ok, so I normally am not a big fan of doing reviews but after visiting Lexus of Brookfield and one of their sales associates Bob Hill, I feel compelled to do a review. My intentions were simply to see the dealership and get info on the Lexus's SUV's. Well, upon entering the dealership I was very impressed with someone opening the door for me, once inside welcomed me, asked if I needed a bottle of water and asked how can I help you. I said I simply wanted to explore what Lexus vehicles were about and get educated. They connected me with Bob Hill who was amazing. He also welcomed me, escorted me to his office and we simply chatted and he never asked about me buying a vehicle - shocking!!!!! I started the conversation by saying I am interested in buying an SUV and just exploring all me vehicle options. Well, Bob clearly and simply explained my Lexus options and showed me some SUV's in the show room. I actually was interested in the 2026 RX Lexus 350 Premium. He offered me a test ride and I accepted and was blown away. To make a long story short, I bought the vehicle and absolutely love it. I had a GMC Acadia Denali so was fussy about my next vehicle. All I can tell you is this, if you are in the market for an amazing vehicle, I highly recommend exploring Lexus of Brookfield and for sure working with Bob Hill, he was breathe of fresh air when working with a sales associate when exploring to purchasing a vehicle. I give the dealership and him both a 10!!!!!!!!

Loved every single thing that happened while i was buying my car. First off i’m all the way in Hawaii so it was my first time ever buying a car & crazy thing is it was wayyyy out of state . Joe Kopietz was such a great salesman ! Communication was there even when we were 5-6hrs apart . Made my first buying experience the best thing ever.. Gave his personal just incase i needed to stay in contact for the car when he wasn’t in office . It’s crazy to think i have so much trust in him because i didn’t see the car in person so it’s pretty crazy getting a car you ain’t seen in person other than videos/pictures .
