Accommodating our tight schedule and understanding the travel, these two gentlemen along with desk staff and service staff made the purchase a pleasure. I purchased 4 vehicles from them the last 20 years. Now they have been bought out by Lynch. But would think the place in Glendale would be the same. I normally do my own maintenance but they talked me into the Pre-Paid maintenance plan because of their Warranty for Ever program. Not only did they strip out all my lug nuts while rotating my tires (using the wrong size socket) but I also found my oil filter leaking twice as it wasn't tightened all the way. They also over tightened the body cover stripping all the plastic screws as well. Granted, this was all done in their quick lube. Than when they were bought out by Lynch, they offered me $80 to cancel my pre paid maintenance when I had 4 oil changes and 8 tire rotations left totalling over $400, A mere fraction of what was really owed to me. What a scam, stay away from AMATO
