I came back on Wednesday ready to purchase, but we unexpectedly ran into a financing issue. Even though my credit score was more than 30 points higher than Kia's required minimum, I ended up needing to add my wife as a co-buyer. I had to make the one-hour drive back home and then return to the dealership. Ethan could have easily become frustrated with the situation, but he remained patient and helpful the entire time. I ended up returning late at night, and he was kind enough to wait for me even though it was close to closing. It was already dark when I finally arrived, so Ethan had taken a video of the vehicle's exterior beforehand so I could see it properly. He also helped me connect my phone and get everything set up. I really appreciated the extra effort. Ethan made me feel like he genuinely cared about making sure I had a good experience rather than simply trying to complete a sale. Bought a new Eclipse Cross and took it back a short time after because it was making a noise after first starting out. Was told "we hear the noise but we can't find it so just bring it back if it gets wors after because it was making a noise after first starting out. Do not sign the waiver! if you suspect your car will be a total loss, do not sign the waiver or you will be stuck holding the not so prestigious parts of your auto.
