In mid September 2020 I purchased a new 2020 loaded Wrangler Sahara. Be sure to research what other Jeep dealers are selling comparable models for when you intend to buy. At the time I bought my Jeep, comparable Sahara's were being discounted 6% in Southeastern Wisconsin. Schmit's original offering was closer to 'lost'. I showed them my research and took their sticker price and multiplied it by 94%. The car salesman sauntered back to 'the boss' and within a minute, the car was mine at 'less 6%'. Angie, manager of service, is excellent. Their work is done properly, quickly and at a fair price, usually within a couple days of requesting an appointment. Their body shop is very good. Their parts manager is also very knowledgable.

Bob Bradley at Fillback in PdC was very nice and helpful in finding us a good used car, He had helped our daughter find one and I enjoyed working with him to help her so when my husband and I wanted to find one we went to Bob and he was very helpful and we found our vehicle. They were very nice people to work with.

The team at New Glarus Motors was friendly, knowledgeable and not at all pushy while I was looking for a car. Since my husband is currently working out of town, we were unable to look at the car options together. With Allen and Ray’s assistance, I was able to look at the cars on one day and decide which one’s I would like, then my husband was able to go on a different day and look at the same cars. Because of this we were able to decide on the vehicle that would work best for us. I would buy a car from them again, without question.

All the original issues aside, the way that Jeff handled the situation was very unprofessional. I said I would talk to him in person and they told me I’d receive a call, which I did, and then could not get a word in and got told how horrible I was being and kept telling me to “listen up”and had the nerve to refer to me as “young lady” when he wanted me to listen to him because he was older than me. There was complete miscommunication and he would not accept that fact and told me he was not interested in me being a customer any longer. They have always had the reputation of treating everyone else besides their old customer base like garbage and that has shown to be true. Will never be using them for service again.

I rarely do reviews for product or services but I felt a need to share our vehicle buying experience. My husband and I decided we needed to purchase a 2500Ram pickup to haul our camper. The Internet is a wonderful place to do your homework in regards to looking at several dealerships for the truck that had the features we wanted, in the price range we needed to be. In the beginning of the process we felt it was necessary to look at the bigger dealerships for the best deal,because of the volume that they deal with. What we found was Homan in Waupun, they gave us small town service and worked with us to achieve our goals, it was a stress free experience, and we couldn't be happier with the wonderful service we were given. We would recommend Homan in Waupun to everyone!

Look... the PEOPLE at Johnson Jeep in Wisconsin Rapids are true professionals in every way! They got us a GREAT deal on our 2016 Renegade (from Julie the awesome Sales Rep!). Chad is a very helpful Sales Rep too. They gave us a GREAT deal on our trade-in (21010 Dodge Challenger R/T from Chuck, the Owner!) and they were all extremely nice and genuine people!!! By the way... they also got us a GREAT financing deal from Derek (the Finance Manager)!! They are the best! This is my 8th Jeep and my second one from this dealership (a Jeep Liberty in 2009). And by the way again... their Service Manager (Daryl? Is awesome too!)! This awesome dealership gives us the best Jeep buying experience time and time again!!! Wow! We love this little truck!!! On May 1, 2023, we were halfway through an extended vacation from Seattle, WA on our way to Holland, MI when our 2014 F350 6.7 lost power 15 miles from Tomah. We called the dealership there and they said we could park our large 5rh wheel in the back of the lot and they could evaluate it. Turns out we had extensive fuel issues (injector, pump, etc.). Real problem was obtaining parts. We ended up living in the back of their parking lot for 9 days. During that time, we were extended great service, kept well informed with what was occurring, and had multiple offers from the staff to assist us with groceries and shopping. At one point we talked to the sales department about purchasing another truck, however there was a sever national wide shortage of trucks (Ford, GM, and Dodge) and while you could find vehicles that were on order, very few were on lots. In the situation we were in, it could easily have been a bitter memory for us. As it is – we are great memories of the town of Tomah and especially the kind and thoughtful individuals at Morrie’s Tomah Ford.

Having now bought five cars in the last eight years I have a fair amount of experience with dealerships of late comsidering I've visited ten of them. By far the best experience has been at Riverside. I purchased a Chrysler 300 which is the first Chrysler I've owned since 1974 (then a Newport). I'm a former auto mechanic so I know when sales people are trying to B.S. me or out of their depth. The salesperson was a young woman named Carrie who was was not only knowledgeable, but very thorough when it came to explaining systems without having to be prompted. This is the complete opposite of the typical, "We have your money now get out of here." attitude of so many of the car dealers I've dealt with. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. Tim, the business manager was definitely the best one I've dealt with since 2005. All told it was a very relaxed experience especially thanks to Carrie, a charming young woman, who made passing the time very easy while waiting on the obligatory paperwork, financing, etc.

I asked about any damage to the car, looked at pictures, and was reassured there was nothing missing from the pictures with regard to problems or damage. However, upon receiving delivery of the vehicle it was CLEARLY previously smoked in. I reached out to Stryker Fitzimmons at Virtue Motors and asked about this and he denied the smoking history. He offered to send cover up sent for the car which I told him to proceed with, he didn't do this. He also denied they had tried to cover up smoke smell already despite my finding 5 fragrance tabs in the car when I got it. Had I known this was a smoker's car I would not have purchased it for the same price.
