On a Friday and 1 week later, I drove away in exactly what I wanted. He made sure I was aware of all he had available on the lot. Then he took the extra time to find me what I really wanted. The first place I reached out to is the dealer and salesman I purchased my last Ram from. Did absolutely nothing to help me find a new vehicle. Then I tried six others. The request was simple, help me find a truck with specific features, communicate with me via email, as it works best for me. Show me respect and don’t use that creepy car salesman jargon on me. Those next six all failed, just like the first. Fortunately, the eighth dealer was Bergstrom and I worked with Dan Schilz. It was 1 1/2hrs away, but well worth it and he was the only dealer that earned my business. They listened and made the process painless. I wish I purchased my first Ram from them! I would recommend Bergstrom to anybody who wants to avoid the creepy, harassing sales types and deal with somebody willing to go the extra mile, treat you with respect and appreciate your business.

The only thing I wish that would’ve happened was the extra coverage would’ve been an option for an add on. At the time of the final purchase, we didn’t have the money to cover any additional coverage.

We were delighted to find the late model Ram 2500 (Cummins) we were looking for at Bergstrom Kaukauna at a very fair price. We have purchased from another Bergstrom dealership previously and found this location to be just as helpful and customer-focused. Although reaching our sales person Aaron was challenging because he was in training during part of the process, his team lead Christina kept things rolling; both were very professional, helpful, and welcoming. We financed the purchase through our bank and the Bergstrom team did a great job preparing all the documents to make that process seamless. When we arrived for delivery we were welcomed like family and the process went seamlessly, took exactly the hour and a half we planned for (including our acceptance drive, etc.). The only issue related to our experience is the second key fob. We were told it is Bergstrom's policy to provide at least two keys for all pre-owned vehicles over $20K (this was well over twice that) and just after we signed the paperwork and wrote the check they informed us they only had one key. They promised to order a second for us, and now we're told that's "backordered" with no estimate when (or if) we will actually receive it. We've purchased dozens of vehicles over the years and found Bergstrom to be a reputable dealership with a good inventory of really great vehicles. I'd highly recommend them with the caveat that the buyer make sure you have everything in hand at the time of sale.
