Loved every single thing that happened while i was buying my car. First off i’m all the way in Hawaii so it was my first time ever buying a car & crazy thing is it was wayyyy out of state . Joe Kopietz was such a great salesman ! Communication was there even when we were 5-6hrs apart . Made my first buying experience the best thing ever.. Gave his personal just incase i needed to stay in contact for the car when he wasn’t in office . It’s crazy to think i have so much trust in him because i didn’t see the car in person so it’s pretty crazy getting a car you ain’t seen in person other than videos/pictures . The whole Crest Cadillac Team was great, everybody did their part ! If i could do it all over again I would ! Really recommend this dealership company & talking to Joe Kopietz ! I typically have a distain with dealerships in general. I have vast experience in vehicle procurement both with fleet and personal. The staff at Palmen has definitely changed my tune. Paul Huff is nothing short of exceptional, going above and beyond to find a specific vehicle I was looking for. My sales agent Orlando was bar none and I would challenge anyone to compare product knowledge of a vehicle and features more than him. He was excited about his job and it showed. He took the time to show me things I didn't even know existed on my vehicle and I'm a bit of a car guy. To follow all this with service, Jason Garoni is my go to guy. He always work with my schedule and gets me in and out without issue. He is always honest about how long something will take and I've never been left waiting.....EVER. This speaks to professionalism and respect for my time. And FINALLY, I've found other dealerships have dismissed my wife when she was with me and typically on addressed me. All the staff here show common courtesy which should always be to address the wife first, then the man. Bravo!

I purchased a Murano from a dealer who was much closer to me, but primarily because of the cost of warranty on Cadillacs. After having had a BMW, with NO warranty available, that became a key factor in my purchase.

I purchased a 94 Geo from Scotty T! It was awesome!! He let me take that son of a xxxxx off roading right next store the price station!!!! A real mans man if you know what I mean. He was not judgmental at all regard my situation. I am a single woman who is not with any man but needs a car for work and fun. Normally men in cars whistle or honk their horn at me. Scott was a perfect gentlemen. He has called or texted me every day since I bought my car 4 months ago. He even offered to take me out to dinner or to Wisconsin Dells for a weekend!!!! What great service. I might upgrade to the 96 model soon. I will go through Scott!!!

Cody is the best service writer that I have come across in my lifetime. At 73 years of age, having owned over 30 Cadillacs, I have seen all kinds. As a young man, I used to be in the business of helplng dealerships treat customers (in the service department), to aid future sales. Cody should (one day) work for General Motors, to give others classes on how to be personable, helpful and deliver quickly; what a customer in a hurry expects. Great Service. Thanks Cody.
