They encouraged me to test drive as many cars as I wanted for as long as I wanted so I would be 100% certain of my purchasing decision. Absolutely no pressure and they encouraged me to sleep on the offer. I'm convinced Michael gave me the best deal he possibly could and finalizing the transaction with Courtney was a lot of joking, laughing and fun!

This dealership was so unbelievably unprofessional!!! I had a deal on another car and reached out to see if they could come in around the same price. Provided everything possible to work up numbers and they told me know problem, then after coming in they jacked the price up over 2k then what they originally quoted. They made me lose the other deal I had and then after giving in, an asking for them to only come down $400 they wouldn’t budge. I had been SO CLEAR in my communication up front that I didn’t have wiggle room and they lured me in likely just to try and pressure me into whatever amount they wanted. So unprofessional, the worst customer service. BUYER BEWARE as this dealership is not honest or willing to correct a mistake they made on their end.

My wife and I just bought a 2024 Mazda CX-5 Turbo at Puyallup Mazda. Our sales rep, James, was absolutely amazing! He was professional, courteous and spoke with us on a personal level. There was never any pressure to select a different model than the one we wanted and he never tried to steer us towards a vehicle with more options than what we wanted. Jimmy also gave us a great vehicle owner's tutorial on the amenities that came with the vehicle and helped us with the Bluetooth setup for both of our cell phones. The time and care he took with us greatly helped this pair of baby boomers. I recommend any baby boomers out there who might be considering a Mazda travel to Puyallup Mazda and seek out James.

My Mazda CX-5 started having issues that I had been in for the previous week. I was panicking because I was due to go out of town for my niece’s wedding the next day. They had me bring my car in, but the service department was totally booked, and there was no way they could diagnose and fix it in time. Eric got me set up with a loaner, and I won’t miss my niece’s wedding. Mazda of Everett went above and beyond to make it right. They are a small dealership, but they are mighty!!!!! Best car buying experience I have ever had! Seila and John were amazing to work with. They really do treat you like family. Seila kept me in the loop on the search for my Mazda the entire way. John the sales manager even met me on his day off at the bank so I can hand him the check for the car, so I didn’t have to drive back down to the dealer. The employees at Doug’s really go out of their way to provide a great purchase experience. Very straight forward process, overall the most relaxed and stress free process. The way it’s supposed to be.

Our 2020 CX 30 has been in for scheduled maintenance several times and for a repair of windshield wipers that were broken at the car wash and for a reprogramming of the radar sensors after running over a curb. Each time the car was in for service South Tacoma Mazda performed the service quickly and correctly. The service department is really high quality and above expectations.

Jason Antypas is an amazing salesman. We had been looking for a new (to us) vehicle for months. I was looking for certain things on our new vehicle such as back up camera, navigation, heated seats, low miles, tow package 1etc. since this was going to be our last vehicle before retiring. Jason found us the perfect vehicle that had everything I had asked for plus so much more. Our great grandson was with us and having a rough day. Jason kept him entertained by giving him a couple toys he had on his desk. Our little guy loves them so much. Our 2018 Ford Explorer Sport has so much more than we asked for and Jason has not hesitated one second to answer my husbands calls with questions. If he didn't know the answer, he found it out and got back with us right away. Jason assured us that business does not stop once you drive off the lot in your new vehicle. He is there to answer questions if need be. I highly recommend Olympia Mazda if you are looking for a new vehical. Make sure you ask for Jason Antypas he is a very friendly, informative and knowledgeable salesman. We give him 5+ stars

Friendly, courteous, informative staff - .though my vehicle was a 20-year-old MPV I felt I was treated as though I was a valued customer - on two separate occasions I left satisfied that my problem had been adequately researched & addressed & repairs were performed &/or diagnosed expertly - both service managers that I dealt with were excellent - they kept me informed as to how the repairs were progressing & provided accurate completion estimates - the part required to repair my vehicle was no longer available - the service manager & tech informed me what was needed its function & its location & reccommended that I attempt to locate a used replacement - this I did & all is well now.
