Relieved to have problem adequately addressed Friendly, courteous, informative staff - .though my vehicle was a 20-year-old MPV I felt I was treated as though I was a valued customer - on two sepa Friendly, courteous, informative staff - .though my vehicle was a 20-year-old MPV I felt I was treated as though I was a valued customer - on two separate occasions I left satisfied that my problem had been adequately researched & addressed & repairs were performed &/or diagnosed expertly - both service managers that I dealt with were excellent - they kept me informed as to how the repairs were progressing & provided accurate completion estimates - the part required to repair my vehicle was no longer available - the service manager & tech informed me what was needed its function & its location & reccommended that I attempt to locate a used replacement - this I did & all is well now. No help whatsoever I have taken my 2017 (or so I thought) Mazda cx3 in for service at least 5 times for exact same issues. The car only has 8k miles on it and has alread I have taken my 2017 (or so I thought) Mazda cx3 in for service at least 5 times for exact same issues. The car only has 8k miles on it and has already had multiple issues with the fuel pump, lift gate and TPMS system. This is where I bought my car so of course I took it here first. After multiple times of trying to get it figured out and them putting me in several rentals for weeks at a time, I finally got a hold of a Mazda regional manager and they told me to take it elsewhere. So I took it to Foothills Mazda and they've been great. You can imagine my embarrassment though when they told me that my car was not a 2017 but was actually a 2016 model. I rechecked all my paperwork and it all said 2017 but the manufacturing date and updates on the 2017 day otherwise. So in other words, they not only sold me the wrong car but they also wasted A LOT of my time. I would not recommend going there for anyone in the future. Especially dealing with Don. When I went in there to grab my service records(I called in an hour ahead), he printed the wrong ones so I had to go back and he printed the wrong ones a second time. On my second time in, he got mad and slammed them down, crumpling the papers. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE. More

During all of the test drives my wife and I kept mentioning how we wished the salesmen was as friendly and knowledgeable of the vehicle as our first test drive with Brad Brooks at AutoNation. At that moment we realized we should stop wasting our time and go see Brad again, and are we sure glad we did. We bought and love our Mazda CX-5 and would recommend it to anyone! Thanks for going to extra mile to make the experience as painless as possible Brad. We will diffidently be buying our next car from Brad, no matter where he works. More

I bought a CX5; I spent 5 months researching the car to make sure I got the right car for me. Auto Nation was very helpful and kind in providing me the information and experience with the car I needed to b make sure I got the right car for me. From the point where I started through to the point when we found the right car for me I was treated with respect and felt that my opinion and questions were important. When I am at the dealership, I am greeted with smiles and treated like a friend. I bought this car through the Costco program so the price was never an unknown issue and it was a set price, which met the Kelley blue book fair purchase price range. There was very little pressure to purchase extras beyond what I wanted. I did get the extra coverage that will cover all of the electronics and ect through to the end of the financing period. I got this extra coverage because this car has so many electronic features on it I wanted the extra protection while the loan was on the car. I did not feel that I was forced to get the extra coverage but the man who helped us finish the process with the paperwork explained our options and the costs involved and it was a simple process of deciding what I did want and did not want. I have had the car almost a month now and I love it more each time I drive it. It has truly lived up to what the reviews have said about it. Being able to buy it from a dealer that made me feel valued and welcomed has made this the best car buying experience I have ever had. There are many features of the car that I have had the pleasure of learning about and when I need help understanding something they are still there ready to help me with the technology. Having a positive relationship with the dealership helps to remove any apprehension about buying the new car and not having the dealer support me as a customer. More
